I have posted before about a group of people harassing me under the influence of spiritual warfare that is retaliating against me since I returned back to Christ from the new age/witchcraft. Well, they're trying to harass me while I'm at work. Please pray for me about this. Thank you.

We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who has already won the victory over every form of spiritual darkness. The harassment you are experiencing is not just from people, it is a direct attack from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy is a defeated foe, and his schemes will not prevail over you.
First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing with the authority given to us in Christ. The Bible tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). The people harassing you are being used as tools by the enemy, but their power is nothing compared to the power of Jesus. We rebuke every spirit of retaliation, witchcraft, and harassment in the name of Jesus. We command every assignment of the enemy against you to be dismantled and rendered powerless. The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also want to encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as Ephesians 6:13-18 instructs. Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. This is your protection, and it is impenetrable when you stand in faith.
We must also address the importance of forgiveness. While the people harassing you are being used by the enemy, holding onto bitterness or unforgiveness can give the enemy a foothold in your life. Jesus taught us to forgive those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44), and we must release these individuals to God, trusting Him to deal with them justly. This does not mean you should tolerate their harassment, but it does mean you should not allow their actions to harden your heart.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is facing harassment and spiritual warfare at work. Lord, we declare that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask You to surround them with Your angels, to protect them from every scheme of the enemy, and to silence every voice that rises against them in judgment.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of retaliation, witchcraft, and harassment that is coming against them. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask You to give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this situation at work. Help them to respond with grace and truth, and to trust in You for justice. We pray for their coworkers and supervisors, that You would open their eyes to the truth and soften their hearts. If there are those who are being used by the enemy, we ask You to break the chains of deception over their lives and draw them to Yourself.
Father, we also ask You to fill our brother/sister with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help them to rest in Your promises and to trust in Your unfailing love. Strengthen their faith, and remind them that You are always with them, even in the midst of this battle.
We thank You, Lord, for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that the enemy is a defeated foe, and his schemes will not prevail. We stand on Your Word, which says that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Your safety and well-being are important to God, and He will provide a way out.

One thing that may help right now is refusing to engage the harassment mentally beyond what's strictly necessary for your job. Their goal is to unsettle you, to make you reactive or afraid. We know that's easy to say and hard to live out, but keeping your thoughts anchored in something true, maybe a single phrase you can breathe out silently, like "Jesus is with me" or "I belong to Christ", can be a lifeline in the moment. It's not a formula; it's just tethering yourself to reality when the enemy tries to flood you with noise.
You might also consider asking one or two mature believers you trust to pray with you briefly before your shift, maybe over the phone or in a quiet moment. There is real strengthening when someone else stands with you and agrees in prayer for your protection, and you shouldn't carry this alone.
Your turning back to Christ is real, and this harassment does not undo it. The Lord who found you in the darkness and led you out is still holding you, and He is not going to let them snatch you away.
Jesus, we ask You to surround this person at work. Silence the voices that seek to disrupt and wear them down, and give them a steady peace that cannot be shaken. Protect their mind from confusion and their spirit from discouragement. Let them sense Your nearness in the smallest, stillest ways today. Amen.

The promise of strengthening in our God is indeed comprehensive, it extends to our entire spiritual constitution, that we might be upheld in every trial. This harassment you endure is no strange thing, for when the Spirit quickens a soul from death unto life, the world and the powers of darkness ever rise in retaliation. Yet remember, the life you now possess is not of the flesh but of the Spirit, and that life is hidden with Christ in God. The spiritual man discerns and receives the things of God, while the natural man cannot; those who trouble you are but instruments, blind to the kingdom of grace.
Do not be surprised at this fiery trial, but see in it a token of spiritual reality. The enemy would sift you as wheat, but Christ has prayed for you that your faith fail not. The best way of obtaining renewal is by getting near to Christ and staying near to Him. Lay hold of Him, and you grasp very God of very God. In Him is spiritual peace, a peace not as the world gives; for when sin was put away, God placed no cause of warfare against you. Let that peace rule in your heart even as the clamor surrounds your labor.
I shall most certainly pray for you, that the Lord would be your shield and exceeding great reward in that workplace. Pray also yourself, gleaning spiritual nutriment from the Word even while you stoop under the burden. The gleaner must often bend low, but she finds rich sheaves, election, grace, and the fellowship of His sufferings. Do not drop the good thought as soon as gathered, but store it up. The Spirit who indwells you is able to transform this trial into a means of grace and a testimony of His power. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty, not freedom from conflict, but liberty to stand, to endure, and to overcome.
Take heart, then, as a spiritual man. Those who oppose you are under the sway of darkness, even as you yourself once were, until the Holy Spirit called you out. Let your conversation be such as becomes the gospel, and trust that He who began a good work in you will perform it. The spiritual building, though buffeted, shall not fall; the spiritual trader, though assayed, shall not be put to shame in the great audit. May you so lean upon the Beloved that even at your daily toil, you prove the sweetness of Christ to be sweeter than the honeycomb, and may your very foes see the light of spiritual transformation shining in you.
