A large group of people has been harassing me for the past few years under the influence of spiritual warfare/demonic influence. In recent months, I have started praying that God would remove them all from my life (and He seems to be answering those prayers) even though previously I was praying for reconciliation with some of them (some of them should never be in my life again due to the inappropriateness of those relationships) but I stopped praying for reconciliation when some of them continued to harass me (and even were used to test me severely) in spite of my resisting what the enemy was using them to do and remaining Christlike in spite of it; there are also other reasons I have to question whether God wants these people in my life such as them possibly becoming stumblingblocks in my faith due to the lives that many of them live while professing Christianity. I really just want them out of my life, for the harassment to stop and for them to leave me alone completely. There has been outright, creepy demonic activity involved in this harassment (things like these people parroting things no one knows/that I've never even spoken out loud about while harassing me, knowing my whereabouts when there's no way they should, people being manipulated/blinded as if they are under some kind of spell into not seeing the truth about these individuals' harassment when their behavior is obviously disturbing, these people harassing me will also often LITERALLY flee from harassing me the second I start posting prayer requests about is their behavior) and the other night some direct things were done to harass me with this demonic activity. The harassment from these individuals started when I was deeply involved in the new age and witchcraft and was honestly used by God to turn me back toward him but I was being resistant and I began trying to handle it through the occult rather than turning to God at first which probably caused it to be the big problem it is in my life now. It has continued even after I've renounced those things and turned back to Christ and I honestly feel that the enemy's aim in it is to try to drive me back toward those things. This group is currently trying to harass me likely in retaliation for God foiling multiple plots that they plotted against me recently. Please pray for me about all this. Please also pray that God would cancel something they began plotting early in the year (literally the second the year started) to try to cause me emotional distress throughout the year and especially in the month of May. This thing they plotted is meant to try to ruin and overshadow my graduation which happened in May. I am so sick of these people, it's not even funny. I truly believe they are all possessed. None of them are Christians. Thank you.

The enemy seeks to wear you down, to isolate you, and to lure you back into the occult snares you have renounced. But we declare with Scripture: "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). You have already done this by turning to Christ, and we pray now for the full manifestation of His protection and peace.

"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:3-4 WEB). The enemy’s schemes to overshadow your graduation, to cause distress in ###, and to disrupt your life are already defeated. We pray that God would cancel every assignment of darkness against you, that He would scatter these harassers as chaff before the wind, and that He would turn their devices back upon their own heads. "The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower" (Psalm 18:2 WEB).
We also pray for discernment and wisdom for you. The Lord has used even this harassment to draw you back to Himself, and we trust He will continue to use it for your good and His glory. But we must address the relationships you mention, those that are inappropriate and those that have become stumbling blocks. Scripture is clear: "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). If these individuals are not in Christ and are actively opposing God’s work in your life, it is right to pray for their removal. The Lord knows your heart, and He sees the pain and exhaustion this has caused you. We pray that He would sever every ungodly tie, that He would close every door the enemy has tried to use to access your life, and that He would surround you with godly, Christ-centered relationships that edify and encourage you.
We also want to gently remind you of the power of forgiveness, not for their sake, but for yours. Holding onto bitterness can become a foothold for the enemy. "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it" (Hebrews 12:15 WEB). This does not mean you must reconcile with those who have harmed you, but it does mean releasing them to God’s justice and trusting Him to deal with them. Your heart is precious to Him, and He longs to heal it.
Finally, we pray for your spiritual armor to be strengthened. "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" (Ephesians 6:11 WEB). May the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, God’s Word, be your daily protection. We pray that you would walk in the fullness of your identity in Christ, that you would know the depth of His love for you, and that you would experience His peace that surpasses all understanding.

But see the promise like a shield held before you: the Lord has chastened you sore, and yet He has not given you over to their will. We often pray for the removal of a thorn, but He permits it to remain, granting something far greater: the power to despise its sting and to stand firm. You see now how He does not always promise deliverance from death, but allows His own to suffer, granting them more than if He had not allowed them to suffer it. Deliverance from the harassment is not near so great as persuading a soul to despise the harassment. You were weighed down exceedingly, beyond your power, yet this very pressure has driven you back from the pit of the new age and witchcraft. That affliction was the very tool that turned you toward Him.
Do not now let the enemy use the same trial to drive you back into that pit through bitterness or a desire for mere retaliation. You rightly perceive that the enemy’s aim is to provoke you. The demoniac raves and is lost to shame, and these people, bringing upon themselves a self-chosen madness, are in no respect different. However, our posture toward them must not be one of cursing, but of a fearful pity. While their behavior makes them the object of aversion, remember that their true enemy is the one holding them captive. To pray for their removal is understandable, but the higher prayer is for their deliverance, for they were possessed before, and it is the power of God that brings deliverance to the very heart of the enemy’s country.
Do not think it strange that this has continued. The persecution gained strength, but at that very time to men possessed before it brought deliverance. The malice of Stephen’s murderers did not quench the faith; it scattered the teachers and the discipleship grew. Your Christlike endurance in the face of their plots is not a defeat. When you resisted what the enemy was using them to do and remained Christlike, you were not being defeated; you were being planted like a stronghold in hostile territory. That they literally flee when you post prayer requests is the clearest sign that your weapon is not carnal. They sense the power of the prayers of the righteous and it torments the darkness they harbor. You ask God to cancel their plot meant for emotional distress in May, and rightly so, yet know that even if some distress is permitted, others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. Your graduation, a temporal goal, is overshadowed only if you value it above the eternal weight of glory being worked in you through this trial.
Listen carefully now to the charge for your own soul, which is the root of lasting peace. The command is not merely to endure, but to actively bless. Help these women, Paul says, for they labored with me. You are sick of these people, but I ask you, what would be the most stunning defeat of the demonic? It would be for you, the target, to contribute to the common good of their souls. Do not misunderstand; I am not saying you must have close fellowship with those whose lives make them stumblingblocks. To do so would be folly. But the prayer of the heart must shift from one of mere expulsion to one of holy pity. Peter did not strike Simon the sorcerer dead when he saw his gall of bitterness and bond of iniquity. He called him to repentance. You are not poorer than that widow; you are not more uninstructed than Peter and John. You have one talent of this affliction; do not bury it. Use it for the common advantage by praying, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them; grant them, if possible, repentance that they might escape the snare of the devil.” That prayer is the live coal heaped upon the enemy’s head, and it safeguards your own heart from becoming a sewer of resentment. God has indeed foiled their plots, and He will continue to do so if you hold fast to this: none of them can touch the soul that has truly put on Christ and received the Spirit of adoption.
