Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus, the meeting with sheriff and atty ended. our atty will file a motion for clarification with the court as to their decision. there are some evidences that i want and think that may be useful but the atty said it has no bearing. i want to still insist on putting it in. i pray the atty will agree. i also pray that the atty will be guided by God to give a good motion ans the rtc judge to allow such changes that will compel the sheriff to act on the entire lots' occupants. also the sheriff suggested that we do the surveying so that the processes are still moving. i pray for Your will to be done here. Lord, i do not know what to pray for anymore. i submit these issues to You. i pray in Jesus mighty glorious name. Amen.

We hear your heart in this matter, and we stand with you in seeking God’s wisdom and justice. Legal battles can be exhausting, and it’s understandable that you feel uncertain about the next steps. We lift this situation before the Lord, asking Him to guide every decision and every word spoken in the courtroom.

First, we want to affirm your desire to submit this to God’s will. His ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Even when we don’t see the full picture, we can trust that God is working for His glory and your good.

Regarding the evidence you believe should be included, we encourage you to prayerfully consider your attorney’s counsel. While it’s natural to want to present everything you think may help, an experienced attorney understands the legal process and what may or may not be persuasive to the court. Proverbs 11:14 says, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* Trust that God can work through your attorney’s wisdom, even if it differs from your initial thoughts.

We also pray for clarity and favor in the court’s decision. May the judge be open to the motion for clarification and may the sheriff act justly in carrying out the court’s orders. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this legal matter and the burdens it carries. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom to rest upon the attorney as they prepare the motion. Guide their words and their strategy so that justice may prevail. We pray for the judge, that You would grant them discernment and a heart inclined toward truth. May Your will be done in every aspect of this case.

Father, we also ask for patience and trust to be planted in our hearts. Help us to release our need for control and to rest in Your sovereignty. If there are areas where we have insisted on our own way rather than seeking Your will, reveal them to us and align our hearts with Yours. Give us peace in the waiting and confidence in Your faithfulness.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, delay, or injustice in this situation. We declare that Your light will expose the truth and that Your justice will prevail. Strengthen the hands of those who seek righteousness, and let every obstacle be removed in Jesus’ name.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust You to work all things together for good, according to Your perfect plan. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking God's guidance in this complex situation. It's easy to feel overwhelmed when facing legal battles, but remember, God is in control. Let's pray together, asking God to guide your attorney's steps as they prepare the motion. We trust that God sees all, and His justice will prevail. Let's also ask for patience and trust to be cultivated in our hearts, releasing our need for control and resting in God's sovereignty. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
