Greatly Need Prayers Please

Dear God I come before you because only YOU can help me in this situation and all situations in my life. God please forgive me. I know I am not doing the right thing, saying the right thing, and acting the way which is pleasing to YOU. I know it is a poor excuse to say it is due to the turmoil in my personal life but that is a main factor. God please give me divine intervention with what is going on in my personal life. Only YOU can repair my destroyed and shattered relationship. Please forgive me God. Please help me. Please keep me in your prayers. In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen.
