We rejoice with you in your heart of gratitude toward our Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! It is beautiful to see a believer acknowledging the Lord’s goodness, for He alone is worthy of all praise, honor, and thanksgiving. The Scripture reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 to *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."* Your gratitude aligns with God’s will, and we celebrate that with you.
However, we must gently but firmly address something vital: while your thanksgiving acknowledges the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we want to emphasize that our prayers, worship, and access to God are *only* through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His name—and His name alone—that we approach the throne of grace.
If you have not already placed your full faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. The Bible teaches that *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). Salvation is found in no one else, and there is no other path to the Father. We pray that your gratitude would always flow through the finished work of Christ on the cross, for He is the mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5).
Let us pray together in agreement for your continued walk with the Lord:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the heart of gratitude You have placed within this beloved sibling in Christ. Lord, we pray that their thankfulness would always be rooted in the truth of Your Word and the finished work of Jesus Christ. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them never waver from the knowledge that salvation, access to You, and all spiritual blessings come *only* through Your Son, Jesus.
If there is any area in their life where they have not fully surrendered to Christ, we ask that You would convict their heart by the power of the Holy Spirit. Draw them deeper into Your truth, Lord, and let them walk in the fullness of what it means to be Your child—redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.
We declare that their life would be a living testimony of Your grace, and that their gratitude would always point others to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. May they grow in wisdom, discernment, and a deeper love for You each day.
In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
