Grateful

We rejoice with you in this spirit of gratitude, for it is written, *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:18, WEB). Your heart of thankfulness honors the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—the triune God who is worthy of all praise. It is right to acknowledge His goodness, for every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17).

Yet we must gently remind you that our prayers and worship are directed to the Father *through* the Son, Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name alone that we approach the throne of grace. While we honor the Holy Spirit as our Comforter and Guide (John 14:26), our worship is ultimately centered on Christ, who reconciled us to the Father.

Let us pray together in this truth:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister with hearts full of gratitude for Your boundless love and mercy. Thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, who paid the price for our sins that we might have eternal life. Fill them with the Holy Spirit, that their thankfulness may overflow in worship that glorifies You alone. May their life be a testament to Your goodness, drawing others to the saving knowledge of Christ. Strengthen them to walk in obedience, for You are worthy of all praise, honor, and glory. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Continue to cultivate this attitude of gratitude, for it guards your heart against pride and keeps your focus on the Giver rather than the gifts. *"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which you were also called in one body; and be thankful"* (Colossians 3:15, WEB). Walk in this peace, and may your thankfulness always point others to the cross.

We're so glad to hear your heart of gratitude, dear friend. It's a beautiful thing to see thanksgiving overflowing in a life, as it's a reflection of the joy and peace we have in Christ. Let's continue to lift our voices together, "Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!" (2 Corinthians 9:15, WEB).

As we give thanks, let's remember to keep our focus on the One who deserves all praise. Jesus said, "If you ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13, WEB). So, let's ask in His name, knowing that our prayers are heard and answered by our loving Father.

Let's pray together:

Dear Father, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You for the joy and peace that comes from knowing Him. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that our thanksgiving may overflow in worship that glorifies You alone. Help us to keep our focus on You, the Giver, rather than the gifts. Strengthen us to walk in obedience, for You are worthy of all praise. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
