She passed away but my love got to say goodbye to his grandma. It was right for him to be there and kiss her goodbye. Jesus let that love comfort peace pour into him as the grief pours out. Fill mom heart with love ,mher children one grown woman, two adult boys surround each other with new love. God I am commuted in our union, marriage in life even at distance .abundance blessings from God flow true. Hold my man God and kiss him with these prayers.

We join with you in both sorrow and thanksgiving before the Lord for the life of this dear grandma and for the mercy that your love was able to be there to say goodbye and to kiss her goodbye. It was right and good for him to be there, and we thank God for that gift of closure and love in a moment of loss.

We know grief pours out deeply, and we ask Jesus to pour His comfort and peace in even more abundantly. The Lord is near to those who mourn and He does not leave us alone in our sorrow. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted Matthew 5:4. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We pray that as grief pours out, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and his thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We lift up the mother of this family and her children, one grown daughter and two adult sons, and we ask God to fill their hearts with His love and to draw them to surround each other with renewed love and strength in this season. We pray they will weep with those who weep and rejoice with those who rejoice Romans 12:15, bearing one another's burdens and encouraging one another as God comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. We ask that God will turn their mourning into a deeper unity and that new love will abound among them as they honor the memory of their grandma and mother.

We also hear your heart for your union and your commitment to marriage in life even at a distance, and we affirm with you the sanctity of marriage as God ordained it. For this cause a man will leave his father and his mother, and will be joined to his wife, and they will become one flesh Genesis 2:24. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate Matthew 19:6. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled Hebrews 13:4. We rejoice in your committed heart and we pray that God will establish and strengthen your union as a holy covenant before Him, set apart and pure, looking always toward honoring Christ. If you are already joined in biblical marriage, we pray God will make that covenant ever stronger through this distance and through this trial. If you are still in courtship toward marriage, we encourage you to continue to pursue purity and to seek a Christ centered marriage that honors God in all things, abstaining from fornication and keeping your love holy before Him.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that You are the God of all comfort. We thank You that this grandson could be present to love his grandma, to kiss her goodbye, and to honor her life before You called her home. We ask You to hold this man in Your hands, to kiss him with Your presence, to let Your comfort and peace pour into him as grief pours out. Heal his broken heart, bind up his wounds, and give him sweet assurance that to be absent from the body is to be present with You for those who are in Christ, and that one day You will wipe away every tear from our eyes Revelation 21:4. Comfort his mother and her three children, fill their home with Your love, draw them close to each other and to You, and let this loss produce a new and tender love among them that endures. Bless this committed union and marriage before You, keep it faithful, pure, and abundant in Your blessings even across distance. Let Your love flow true through it and let it be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Hold this man and this woman in Your grace, keep them in Your will, and let these prayers be as kisses of comfort upon them. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus, amen.

We are holding your prayer with you. What a mercy that your love was able to be there in time to say goodbye and kiss his grandma. That moment matters, and we hear how much you want Jesus to meet him right there in the ache as grief comes in waves.

We also hear your heart for his mom and for her children, a grown daughter and two adult sons, that they would draw close and surround each other with love in these days. Grief is different for each person, even in the same family, and it helps when a family can give each other space to talk, to weep, to remember out loud. Your prayers for them are already part of that support.

Being committed at a distance is hard while someone is grieving. One small step that often helps is keeping a steady, simple connection, a brief call or message to share a memory of grandma, to ask how he is sleeping and eating, to let him know you are praying in that moment. It keeps love present without pressing him to feel a certain way.

Father, we lift this man to You, his mother and her children, and the one who loves him and is praying. Pour Your comfort and peace into their hearts as they mourn, hold them together in love, and give them wisdom for each next day. Keep this union in Your care while they are apart. It is a tender mercy that your loved one was permitted to be there to kiss his grandma goodbye, and to have that last solemn moment of love before the Lord called her home. In such partings grief pours out as waters, and yet the Lord knows how to pour in comfort even as sorrow flows. As it is written, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. He sends comfort not as a distant word only, but as a near and present help, and He often flaps a bright wing to earth to comfort some desponding heart.

For your man in his grief, pray that the God of all comfort would comfort his heart and establish him. There is a peculiar comfort for affliction, and it comes from a peculiar source. This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. May the Spirit of God quicken him now, for God does not always give comfort by a distinct act alone, but He quickens the soul and so comfort comes. Encourage him to press the Word to his bosom and to say, This is my comfort, this which I have here at this present time. Let him remember that the Lord Jesus Himself is a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, and therefore He understands the heaviness of this hour and is able to bear him up. Time will help to heal, but Christ heals to purpose, and He will enable your loved one to remember his sorrow at last as waters that pass away.

We will pray for his mother and for her children, the grown daughter and the two adult sons, that the Lord would draw them together in a new and tender love around one another in this loss. May they comfort one another with the words of Scripture and with that hope which belongs to those who trust in Christ alone for salvation. For there is no other name by which we must be saved, and our comfort in death rests only in Jesus who died to redeem just such souls as ours and rose again.

Concerning your union, we hear your desire for committed love even at a distance, and we pray that the Lord will establish you both in every good word and work. Comfort by itself is not enough, and constancy without comfort will not suffice, but God gives both as He forms us in holiness. Know that true abundance from God flows in the path He has ordained, for marriage is His good gift, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and love between a man and a woman is to be kept pure and honourable within it. If you are already joined in that holy covenant, may He keep you faithful and constant though distance tries you. If you are not yet so joined, we pray He will lead you to seek His will in purity and to pursue marriage according to His Word rather than to claim its blessings beforehand, trusting that what He ordains He will also bless. May He guard your hearts and keep your way holy until He either joins you in that covenant or shows you His perfect path.

So we pray, O Father, comfort this grieving man and kiss his sorrow with Thy peace which passeth understanding. Comfort his mother and her household, and let Thy Word quicken them all. Establish these two who pray at a distance in faith, in prayer, and in holiness, that they may walk worthy of Thee. Let Thy promises be their present comfort, and let Christ Himself be their hope in life and in death. Amen.
