Grace to Fast & Pray: Voice Fast; Protection

Please grant vision & focus to fast, grace to pray and ability to listen, hear & learn. I will be silent for two days now letting my voice rest & heal. Help me not to join in the singing, not even a hum.

I ask for wisdom & understanding from the Bible & especially the preached word. Thank you for renewed focus, strength & protection from the evil one.

Lord Jesus, I thank you for Doug, for his ministry and for his spiritual journey. Lord, I ask your hand upon his prayer. May you grant the desires of his heart and may you bless his spiritual journey with grace. May the Holy Spirit lead his prayer life. I ask that you give him the ability to hear you speak, to listen for your voice and to give him discernment and understanding that he would have a deeper relationship with you. I ask your healing hand over his vocals and may this 2 days rest renew and refresh him that his singing will be heard in heaven and may the music sound sweet in your ears.

I ask the your spirit reveal hidden meaning in your written word. May Doug have more understanding of the preached word and help him to apply it to his daily living. I ask for you to give him strength to keep going and finish his 40 day journey. To you be the glory, Lord. I ask for your devine protection around him in all his coming and going, all the people he meets and over his everyday living. May you keep the enemy and forces of darkness from attacking him and keeping him from his task. I just that you and praise you for your blessings so far and those yet to come. Amen

I pray You will guide Doug in all he does. Fill him with Your wisdom and peace. May he rest in You and rejoice in You, even if not in song for a bit. Bless his efforts to serve You and walk in all Your ways. Protect him from attacks of the enemy. Help him to spot them coming and rebuke them immediately by the power of Your Son Jesus Christ, who defeated that Rebel on the cross. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Soften Doug's ex-heart Lord, to let him speak to his children regular Lord, Fill her Heart with the compassion from you Lord. Provide for Doug his every need Lord, Guide him, encourage him Lord, Protect him Lord, and I pray for comfort and peace for Doug Lord, In Jesus Name Amen
