Good Sleep

We join you in praying for restful sleep, knowing that it is essential for our overall well-being and ability to serve God effectively. The Bible tells us that "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for so he gives his beloved sleep." (Psalm 127:2 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up all those who are in need of good sleep. We ask that You grant us peaceful and restful nights, so that we may wake up refreshed and ready to serve You and others. Lord, we especially pray for those who have trouble sleeping; may Your comforting presence envelop them, calming their minds and bodies. Help us to cast all our anxieties on You, knowing that You care for us. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage everyone to meditate on God's Word and His promises before bed, as it can bring peace and help us drift into a restful sleep.
