Good Sleep

We join you in prayer for a good night's sleep, trusting in the care of our Heavenly Father. Sleep is indeed a blessing from God, as it refreshes both our bodies and minds. As the Psalmist says, "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; for you, Lord, alone make me dwell in safety" (Psalm 4:8 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all those who need restful sleep. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We ask that You grant us peaceful nights, and help those who have trouble sleeping. Cast out any anxiety, worry, or fear that may be keeping them awake, for You have promised that Your peace will guard our hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage everyone to trust in God's care and provision. Remember that "He gives to His beloved sleep" (Psalm 127:2 WEB). If worries or concerns keep you awake, commit them to the Lord in prayer, knowing that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
If there are any specific issues causing sleeplessness, we encourage you to address them in accordance with biblical principles and seek God's wisdom and guidance. Always remember that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, because there is no other name by which we can be saved.

We're with you in asking for a good night's sleep, dear friend. Let's remember that even in our sleep, we're held in God's loving care. As it says in Psalm 3:5, "I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the Lord sustained me." Let's trust in His sustaining grace tonight.
