God is punishing me very badly for something i did 3 years ago, everyone is turning into my enemy, my whole family is very toxic, even my mother, i can't believe it, my sister always was passive aggressive she got satisfaction after mentally harrassing me, she always wantef reaction from me, if she thought i made her very upset, broke her, then she would feel good and her day would go good, her intentions for me are very malicious, and i have to live here everyday i can't escape on the top of this my parents everyone are toxic plus they never believed that she can do something, whole life they treated me like some problem, never heard me like she can never me wrong, even its written in bible that all men are sinners but they never even listened even when i said she is mentally harrassing me and keeping good in front of me and others, they r also harrasing me, i don't know whats happening

We hear the deep pain and heaviness in your heart and we are lifting you up before the Lord together. Feeling like God Himself is against you and that everyone around you, even your own mother and family, has become an enemy is an agonizing place to be, and we grieve with you over the mental harassment and rejection you have endured in your own home.

We want to gently correct the thought that God is punishing you very badly in His wrath for what you did three years ago. If you have repented and turned to God, His Word gives us a very different picture of His heart toward His children. The wrath of God for sin was poured out fully on Jesus Christ on the cross for all who believe in Him. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit Romans 8:1. The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness Psalm 103:8. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities Psalm 103:10. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. What you did three years ago, whatever it was, can be fully forgiven if you confess it honestly to God and turn from it. God does discipline those He loves as a Father, not to destroy us but to restore us, For whom the Lord loves, he disciplines Hebrews 12:6, but His discipline is not a vindictive, unending punishment that makes everyone hate you. If that sin is still weighing on your conscience, we encourage you to bring it fully to Him today.

We also noticed your request speaks of God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and peace with Him. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To be forgiven and to know God is not angry with you, you must place your faith in Jesus Christ, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and call upon His name. That is the only way to move from fearing His wrath to resting in His mercy.

Regarding your family, we believe you that this is painful and real. Your description of your sister finding satisfaction in provoking you and your parents not listening or believing you is very hard to bear, especially when you cannot escape and must live there every day. You are right that the Bible says all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23, and no one in a family is without sin. God commands children to Honor your father and your mother Exodus 20:12, but He also commands fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath Ephesians 6:4 and tells parents not to irritate their children, so that they won’t be discouraged Colossians 3:21. A toxic, harassing environment is not God’s design for the home. While we encourage you to honor your parents, that does not mean you must accept ongoing mental abuse without seeking help. We encourage you to not repay evil for evil, but to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you Matthew 5:44. We also encourage you, as much as it depends on you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18, which sometimes means not reacting when your sister seeks a reaction, and seeking wisdom to set quiet, respectful boundaries.

We want to pray for you together in Jesus' name.

Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one who feels crushed under guilt and surrounded by enemies in their own home. Lord, first we ask that You reveal Your mercy and forgiveness to them. If there is unconfessed sin from three years ago, lead them to confess it fully to You and to receive Your cleansing and peace, and help them to know that You have removed their transgressions as far as the east is from the west Psalm 103:12. Take away the lie that You are punishing them without mercy, and show them that You are a compassionate Father who delights in forgiveness. Draw them to salvation through Jesus alone. Lord, we also ask for Your protection and comfort in this home. You see every harsh word, every passive aggressive wound, every time they have felt unheard and treated as a problem. Comfort their heart, give them strength not to return evil for evil, and guard their mind from despair. Soften the hearts of their mother, sister, and parents, and convict them where they have been harsh or dismissive. Provide this dear one with godly counsel, a faithful pastor or mature believer and a church family where they are heard and supported, and where Your Word is taught faithfully. If it is Your will, open a door for a safer and more peaceful living situation in Your timing, and give them wisdom for each day they must remain. Help them to keep their eyes on You and to trust that You will work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the precious and only saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We have read what you shared and we are so sorry you are carrying this. Feeling like everyone has turned against you in your own home, and feeling unheard even when you try to explain what is happening, is exhausting and lonely. It makes sense you would feel overwhelmed and wonder if God is punishing you.

Living day after day with criticism, passive aggressive behavior, and being treated as the problem can wear down anyone's sense of worth and leave you questioning what is real and whether you are at fault for everything. That does not mean you are the problem or that God is using your family to punish you for something from three years ago. We believe God sees you, cares about your pain, and is not against you.

We know you said you cannot escape right now, and that makes it even harder. One step that can help when home feels unsafe emotionally is to identify one safe person outside the house you can talk with honestly and regularly. That might be a pastor, a counselor, a trusted relative or older friend. Having someone who listens without taking sides can help you sort through what is happening and think about healthy boundaries and next options. If you ever feel unsafe, please reach out right away to a trusted person or for professional support alongside prayer.

Father, we bring our friend to You and ask You to show Your care and nearness in this home. Give wisdom, protection, and moments of peace each day, and lead to safe, wise help and counsel. Help our friend to know Your love is steady and to find direction for what to do next. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your sorrow has been laid before the Lord and it is a heavy burden you carry, to feel that the wrath of God is upon you and that even those of your own household have turned against you.

Hear first the word which the Lord Himself has given for such a soul as yours, There is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. It cannot be that there is no forgiveness, for Jesus died, the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God. The promise stands sure, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for Mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. Let no man suppose that God will twice exact the penalty of one sin. If your sin was laid upon Christ, it shall not be laid again upon you. What you feel as punishment may be the chastening of a Father who loves you, or the conviction of conscience which would drive you to the fountain opened for sin, but it is not the wrath of a judge against one for whom Christ has died. The wrath was borne upon the cross, and now there remaineth forgiveness, full and complete, not because your sin was little, but because His mercy is great and He forgiveth for His own sake.

Do you tremble and shake for fear, and with a penitent heart desire forgiveness. Then come at once with confession, without guile and without excuse. The work of the Son in removing guilt is linked with the work of the Spirit in removing guile. The pardoned man does not try to make his sins appear less heinous than they are, nor to set his virtues in a brighter light than truth will allow, but he confesses all and humbly casts himself upon mercy. If you have lived under a terrible sense of guilt for these three years, take that guilt to Christ now. Believe on Him and you shall know that pardon is not a matter of hope but a matter of fact, and that He not only forgave at the first but continueth daily to forgive.

Concerning your family, the Lord knoweth how bitter it is to dwell where you are not heard and where you are treated as the problem. It is a sore trial to be harassed and provoked, and to have your words disbelieved while another is always thought to be in the right. Yet hear the counsel of Scripture, be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. Wherever forgiveness of sin comes, there comes with it a turning from sin and a desire to be rid of sin, and there springs up also a deep sense of gratitude which maketh the heart willing to forgive as it hath been forgiven. You cannot change the heart of your sister or compel your parents to see as you see, but you can commit your cause to Him who judgeth righteously. Seek not to return provocation for provocation, nor to live for a reaction, but commit your way unto the Lord in meekness and truth. If any will not hear you in the house, seek the counsel of a faithful pastor or some mature believer who may hear you with impartial love and give you wise guidance, for the Lord often raiseth up such helps for those that are bowed down. He upholdeth all that fall and raiseth up all those that be bowed down, and He will hear the cry of them that fear Him.

I pray that the Lord will give you a clear sense of His perfect forgiveness through the blood of Christ, that this fear which hath torment may be taken away and be replaced by that holy fear which cometh from pardon and which is reverence and love and obedience. May He lift from you the weight of these three years and give you a new heart that loathes sin and loves holiness, and may He give you grace to endure in your home with patience, to speak the truth in love, and to find in Him a refuge when you feel you cannot escape. May He open the eyes of your household to act with justice and kindness, and may He provide for you godly fellowship and daily strength till He makes a way for you in His providence.

Cast your burden upon Christ now, and rest in this sure word, There is forgiveness with Him.
