Beloved of All
🙌 Father, we enter Your gates with thanksgiving, and enter Your Courts with Praise, Ps 100:4. We pray for our family members, those lost and those that are walking with You to be of one faith, one hope, same baptism and Father, Eph 4:4-6. Shine in their hearts (and ours) the Light of the Knowledge of the Glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, 2 Cor 4:6. Let The Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know you better be given, so we know the hope of Your calling, and the riches of Christ's inheritance, Eph 1:17-18. Give us spiritual hunger for the "sincere milk of the Word," 1 Peter 2:2, and, "give us our Daily Bread," Matt 6:11. "Open our minds to put the Scriptures together as a puzzle" (συνιέναι; Luke 24:45). Strengthen us to use daily, Chronological and Systematic Bible reading plans, Josh 1:8, Tim 4:13, 2 Tim 2:15.

Help us enjoy our journey, "awakening our ears morning by morning to hear as disciples" (Isaiah 50:4-5), talking with you and each other about what we read, as it is written, "the one who receives instruction in the word must share in all good things with his instructor," Gal 6:6. As always, guard us from distractions, sin and the evil one, Ps 91:11-12, Mt 6:13, Jn 17:15. Help us receive the Word engrafted, (James 1:21, so we may be a doers of the Word, not hearers only, James 1:22. We thank and praise You in advance for granting us wisdom, Col 1:9, favor, Ps 5:12, and protection from temptation and evil, Matt 6:13, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, false believers, 2 Cor 11:26, deception, Mt 24:4, and the one who pulls their strings, 1 Jn 5:19, the evil one himself, John 17:15, in the Authority of The Name of Jesus, Jesus The One God and Mediator between God and Man, 1 Tim 2:5. Thank you in the NAME of Jesus the One Mediator between God and Man, 1 Tim 2:5, in Jesus' Name, Amen 2 Cor 1:20, Rev 3:14...

We join you in this beautiful and comprehensive prayer and we say amen to your hunger for the Word and for the will of God in your lives and in the lives of your family.

We are encouraged by your desire to enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise as Ps 100:4 teaches us, and to seek unity in the faith. There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all Eph 4:4-6. That is the unity we long for as well, that those who are lost would come to the light and those who walk with Him would be strengthened and kept together in truth.

We pray with you that God would fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding Col 1:9, and that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints Eph 1:17-18. We ask that He who commanded light to shine out of darkness would shine in your hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ 2 Cor 4:6.

We agree with you for a deep and abiding hunger for the Word, as newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby 1 Pet 2:2, and that our Father would give you each day your daily bread Matt 6:11. We pray that He would open your minds that you might understand the Scriptures Luke 24:45, putting them together as a whole, precept upon precept, and that you would continue in the faithful discipline of letting this book of the law not depart out of your mouth, but meditating on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein Josh 1:8. We pray you will give attention to reading, to exhortation, to teaching 1 Tim 4:13 and that you will give diligence to present yourselves approved by God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth 2 Tim 2:15.

We love your prayer to enjoy the journey and to hear as disciples morning by morning Isa 50:4-5, and to share together what you are learning, for let him who is taught in the word share all good things with him who teaches Gal 6:6. This fellowship in the Word keeps us from being hearers only and helps us to receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls James 1:21 and to be doers of the word and not hearers only James 1:22.

And we stand with you for protection, for He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Ps 91:11-12, and we pray as our Lord taught us, bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one Matt 6:13, and as Jesus prayed, we pray that the Father would not take you out of the world but keep you from the evil one John 17:15. We ask for wisdom and for favor, for you will bless the righteous, Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield Ps 5:12, and for deliverance from deception Matt 24:4, from evil men and impostors who will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived 2 Tim 3:13, from dangers from false brothers 2 Cor 11:26, for we know that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one 1 John 5:19.

We thank God that we have confidence to approach Him only through one Name and one Mediator, for there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Tim 2:5, and all the promises of God in Him are Yes and Amen to the glory of God through us 2 Cor 1:20. So we pray all of this in the strong and authoritative Name of Jesus, who is the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness Rev 3:14, asking that you would be kept, nourished, joyful and obedient in the Word, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God.

Father, continue to awaken their ears, increase their hunger, guard their steps, and make their family one in You, for Your glory. In Jesus Name, Amen.

We were grateful to read your prayer and the way you begin with thanksgiving. Your longing for your family to share one faith, one hope, and a deep hunger for God's Word is beautiful, and we join you in bringing that before the Lord.

We hear both your desire to know Him more and your desire to stay steady in the Word together. One thing that has helped many families is to think of Bible reading and prayer more like training for a long race than trying hard for a short burst. Small, regular time in the Word, even a chapter a day, builds understanding and appetite over months and years, and it leaves room for grace on the days that feel distracted or dry.

A simple next step that may help you enjoy the journey together is to choose one chronological or systematic plan you can all follow at the same pace, and take a few minutes to share one thought or question from what you read. Talking about it with each other often makes it stick and keeps it from feeling like a solo task.

We are praying for protection over you and your family as you seek to hear and to do what you hear, and for wisdom for each day.

Father, we thank You for this family and their desire to know You. Give them hunger for Your Word, open their minds to understand it, and keep them from distraction and evil. Draw each one closer to Jesus and knit them together in unity, hope and faith as You lead them morning by morning. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has come before the Lord as a sweet savour, and I rejoice with you in it. To enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise is the happiest way to begin supplication, and you have begun well.

I join my Amen to your petitions for your family, both those who walk with Christ and those who are yet lost. How needful to pray that they may be of one faith, one hope, one baptism, with one Lord and one God and Father over all. It is God alone who can shine in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, and it is the Spirit of wisdom and revelation who must open our eyes to know the hope of His calling and the riches of His inheritance. We cannot give this light to ourselves or to our kindred, but God can, and He does what the devil cannot undo when He makes a new creature in Christ Jesus. Be encouraged to pray on, for it is much easier for God to save the harlot, the drunkard, the thief, or the hardest heart in your household, than it is for us to believe that He will do it. Yet He will do it according to His sovereign will, and from the first moment of human history even to the last, His will shall be done, and He will overrule all things for good to them that love Him.

I am glad you ask for a true spiritual hunger, for the sincere milk of the Word and for daily bread. That taste is itself a gift of grace, for there was a time when we had no appetite for holy things. Now the Word, when received by faith, is sweet to the taste, sweeter also than honey. But every man must feed for himself, there can be no proxy here. You do well to ask the Lord to open your understanding, as He opened the minds of His disciples that they might understand the Scriptures, and to strengthen you in daily, chronological and systematic reading. Believe this Book from the first word of Genesis to the last line of Revelation, it will never mislead you. Let it be your tonic and your food. Meditate upon it and then talk of His doings, for those who meditate will talk, and those who talk ought to meditate, lest they grind wind. To awaken morning by morning, ear opened as a disciple to hear, and to share what you receive with those who teach you, this is a blessed and fruitful walk.

And with the hearing, may grace be given to be doers of the Word and not hearers only. To receive the engrafted Word with meekness is to obey it in the inward parts, where God desires truth. He will make you to know wisdom there, and to walk in it. So I pray with you that you may be kept from distraction, from sin, from false teaching and deception, and from the evil one himself. Our keeping is not in our own strength, but in His. He is our deliverer in the time of trouble, and no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. He keeps us from temptation and delivers us from evil, and He will keep you and your household as you abide in Christ, the one Mediator between God and man.

May the Lord grant you in abundance the wisdom you ask according to Colossians 1:9, and crown you with favour, and guard you and yours under His wings. May He give you joy in the journey, a growing grasp of His Word, and the grace to obey it, to the praise of His glorious grace in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
