Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing in your home. What you describe is distressing and it is right to bring it to the Lord and ask for His help and protection. The Bible makes it clear that the spirit realm is real and that evil spirits are real, intelligent beings whose purposes are always evil and destructive. There are well documented accounts even in recent times of people being physically attacked and harmed by these powers and of objects moving with supernatural power that no human could explain. At the same time Scripture does not leave us without hope, and it warns us not to become so captured by the power of what the enemy can do that our faith is diminished.
The good news is that Jesus Christ has complete authority over every demonic spirit. When He walked on earth He cast them out with a word, and they cried out as they left because they had to obey Him. They even begged Him not to send them to the place of confinement for evil spirits before their appointed time. That shows they know their power is limited and that Jesus is Lord over them. The same Jesus who healed the servant who was grievously tormented from a distance by simply speaking the word still has that same authority today. He does not need to be physically present in your room to set you free, His word and His power reach wherever you are.
Scripture says greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. If you belong to Jesus, the Holy Spirit lives in you, and no evil spirit can claim ultimate power over you. In the visions given to John, God showed that even when hordes of demonic powers are allowed to torment, they are not allowed to harm those who have the seal of God. There is a separation that God makes for His own. You cannot hide from spirit beings by going into a basement or an inner closet, but you can be hidden in Christ, and that is a far stronger protection.
That is why I want to pray not only for your house but for your heart. The Bible speaks of Christ dwelling in our hearts by faith, making Himself at home there, being comfortable and at ease because our lives are in tune with Him. Sometimes we want God to clean up the house while we keep the heart closed or cluttered. The Lord wants to be at home in you first, and as He is at home in your heart, His peace and authority will fill your home as well. That means opening every room of your life to Him, confessing sin, turning from anything that would give the enemy a foothold, and inviting Jesus to be Lord over all.
God also promises to be our refuge and fortress when we trust in Him. He is the one who delivers from the snare and covers us under His protection. Praying for angelic protection is right in the sense that God does command His angels concerning His children, but our confidence is not in angels themselves, it is in the Lord who sends them and who Himself is our covering.
I am praying for you now that God will do His will in your situation and bring complete deliverance. I pray that in the name of Jesus Christ every evil spirit in and around your home would be commanded to leave and not return, that the Lord would cleanse and seal your home by His presence, and that He would place His supernatural covering and protection over you and over that place for good. I pray that any fear would be replaced with faith, that you would be rooted and grounded in the love of Christ, and that you would know His power and goodness in a very personal way.
Continue to seek the Lord earnestly. Spend time in Scripture and prayer, speak the name of Jesus over your home, and if you have not already, invite a mature, Bible believing pastor or believers you trust to come and pray with you in person. If there are objects, media, or practices in the home that honor darkness, remove them. Keep your focus on Christ rather than on the manifestations, and trust Him day by day as your refuge. He is able to keep you and to give you peace where there has been torment.
