Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ### into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###’s heart and mind. Make me his PRIORITY. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys. I ask that you make a way for him to visit me soon.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in America, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heart’s longing and the deep desires you’ve laid before the Lord, and we join with you in seeking His perfect will for your life and the life of . It is beautiful to see your trust in God’s timing and your commitment to surrendering this relationship to Him. However, we must also gently address some areas where your prayer could be more fully aligned with biblical principles, so that your steps may be ordered by the Lord in truth and righteousness.

First, we must emphasize that relationships are to be pursued with the ultimate goal of marriage, as Scripture clearly outlines. The Bible instructs us that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). While your desire for a deep and serious relationship is understandable, we must ensure that the foundation of this connection is built on godly principles. The apostle Paul warns us in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" If is not a believer in Jesus Christ, we must prayerfully consider whether this relationship aligns with God’s will. If he is a believer, then your courtship should be marked by purity, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to honoring God in all things.

Your prayer also expresses a desire for to prioritize you and to declare his love openly. While it is natural to long for affirmation, we must guard our hearts against placing our worth or security in another person’s feelings or actions. Our ultimate fulfillment and identity must come from Christ alone. Proverbs 31:30 reminds us, "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised." Let your confidence and joy be rooted in your relationship with the Lord, knowing that He alone can satisfy the deepest longings of your heart.

We must also address the matter of physical intimacy. Scripture is clear that sexual relations are reserved for the marriage covenant. Hebrews 13:4 states, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." If this relationship is moving toward marriage, we encourage you to uphold the sanctity of marriage by maintaining purity in your interactions. This is not only a command from God but also a way to honor Him and one another as you build a foundation of trust and respect.

Your desire for to be a loving stepfather to your boys is a beautiful and godly aspiration. However, we must also pray for wisdom and discernment in this area. Blending a family is a significant step that requires careful consideration, prayer, and godly counsel. Proverbs 19:21 tells us, "There are many plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail." Trust that God’s plan for your family is perfect, and seek His guidance in every decision.

Let us now lift this situation to the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your will and Your ways for and for this dear sister in Christ. Lord, we ask that You would touch ’s heart and mind, drawing him closer to You and revealing Your perfect plan for his life. Father, if it is Your will for this relationship to grow into a godly marriage, we pray that You would prepare both of their hearts, aligning them with Your purposes. Help them to seek You above all else, to honor You in their relationship, and to build a foundation of faith, love, and purity.

Lord, we ask that You would shape into a man after Your own heart, a provider, a protector, and a loving leader in his home. Give him a heart of kindness, patience, and wisdom as he considers the role of stepfather to these precious boys. Father, we pray that You would guard their hearts from any temptation or impurity, and that You would fill them with Your peace and joy as they wait on You.

We surrender this relationship into Your hands, trusting that Your plans are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Guide their steps, Lord, and let Your will be done in every aspect of their lives. May they find their ultimate satisfaction in You, and may their relationship bring glory to Your name.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to surround yourself with godly counsel as you navigate this season. Trust in His timing, and remember that His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). If this relationship is of God, He will confirm it and bring it to fruition in His perfect time. Until then, walk in faith, purity, and obedience to His Word.

We can feel how deeply you want this to be right, not just for yourself, but for your boys too. Waiting for someone’s heart to unfold toward you can feel so vulnerable, and you have named that longing honestly before the Lord. Thank you for trusting us with it.

What strikes us most is how much you genuinely desire this man’s good alongside your own. You’re not simply asking for a ring or a visa; you’re asking for him to become the kind of man who can love well, a provider, someone kind, a good presence for your sons. That kind of prayer takes real courage, because it opens the door for God to do his deeper work without forcing a timeline. And often God’s work in a relationship means letting trust and connection grow at a pace that allows two whole people to see one another clearly, not just hopefully. Real intimacy doesn’t usually arrive all at once; it builds as each small act of honesty and dependability proves itself over time. It is okay if he is not ready to declare everything right now. What matters is whether the direction is toward Christ and toward genuine care.

So while you wait, you do not have to manage every outcome. Keep bringing your hopes to the Father, but ask him especially to guard your own heart from the exhaustion of trying to read signs. You are already seen, already loved. Your boys are already held by the one who sets the lonely in families.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this woman and her sons to you. You know the ache of wanting to be chosen and the ache of wanting a father’s love for her children. Calm her heart in the waiting. Give her clear eyes to see what is true and growing, and a steady peace that does not depend on another person’s response. Guide this man’s heart according to your will, and protect everyone involved from confusion or unnecessary hurt. In your name, Amen.

You have brought your petition with earnestness, yet I fear your heart may be divided in its pursuit. Hearken: a soul that is wholly set on Christ will find its deepest romance in the bleeding love of Calvary, not in the uncertain affections of a mortal man. The prick of a divided heart is a deadly wound, and you cry out for a creature to fill what only the Creator can occupy. Make the Lord your priority, and then you may bring these desires with a subdued will.

Do you seek a man’s heart to be stirred toward you? See first that your own heart is pricked by the law of God and healed by the gospel. When the love of God is shed abroad in the heart by the Holy Ghost, you will laugh at impossibilities and say, “It shall be done,” yet with a sweet resignation to His wisdom. The Lord may or may not grant this request, but if you would have a new heart, a heart of flesh, you must lay your Isaac upon the altar without reserve.

What if this man never declares his love? What if the door to America remains shut? If your heart is not divided between the Giver and His gifts, you will still possess a peace that passes understanding. The heart that is broken over sin is far safer than one flattered by earthly hopes. Examine yourself: are you trusting in the Lord Jesus with all your heart, or do you seek a husband as your chief comfort?

The word is nigh thee: if thou shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Christ from the dead, thou shalt be saved. That is the one great matter. Let all else be secondary. Wait upon God with a single eye, and He will direct thy paths. A true romance, a united family, a loving stepfather, these may be granted in His time, but He must first write His law upon your heart and make His will your delight.

O woman, seek not to compel the Almighty to your timetable. Let the sword of the Spirit pierce your inmost soul, and then bring your desires afresh, saying, “Nevertheless, not my will, but Thine be done.” The Healer of broken hearts knoweth how to bind up your wounds and satisfy your soul with good things, whether in marriage or in lonely waiting, He is enough.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a perilous thing to prescribe to God the particular shape of His will, as if He were a servant to our desires. You ask for His ways, yet you have already mapped the road from romance to marriage to a new land. The true entreaty is not "make me his priority," but "make us both wholly Thine, whatever the cost."

Do not cling too tightly to the hope that a human relationship will secure your future. There is no salvation in ancestry, nor in the affections of a man. I have often said that the Jews boasted in Abraham, but Christ taught them that only kinship according to the will matters. A Scythian who does the will of God is closer to the saints than a son of Abraham who neglects virtue. So it is with this man. If he is to be your husband and a father to your sons, the foundation cannot be a spark of romance but a shared burning for the Lord. Otherwise, the house you build will rest on sand.

You feel deeply, and that longing is not wrong in itself. But examine whether you have forgotten the Giver in your reaching for the gift. You say you trust God's perfect timing, yet your prayer strains toward one outcome alone. True trust loosens its grip. It says with the Psalmist, "I will remember You" even from a distant land, even in a season of waiting, even if the door you praise Him for opening should close again.

What of the children you already nurture? Your first and highest calling is to raise them as sons of God by your example of a life poured out. A stepfather's kindness is a good thing, but it is far better for them to see in you a soul so anchored in Christ that no earthly disappointment can shake it. Let their memory of you be not of a woman grasping for a new life in a new country, but of a mother whose treasure was stored in heaven.

Do not fear being unseen by this man. Fear being unknown by Christ on that Day. Many will knock and say, "Lord, Lord," but He will not recognize them because their lives bore no likeness to His. Make your daily life a sacrifice not of words but of deeds: gentleness to those who wrong you, provision for the poor, a bridled tongue, a chaste mind. These are the stones that build a soul into a temple where God is glorified.

If this relationship is from Him, it will not need your anxious contriving. You will not need to stir a spark in his mind, for God gives the increase in His own way. If it is not, then any union achieved by force of will becomes a snare. Better to enter the Kingdom alone than with a partner who leads you away from the narrow path.

Let your constant prayer be this: "Lord, make me worthy of You, and make him worthy of You, and let us meet only where Your will is done." Leave the timing, the place, and the form of any future union entirely in His hands. And if you are called to wait, do not waste the waiting. Clothe the naked. Feed the hungry. Visit the imprisoned. In these, you serve Christ Himself, and He will not forget your labor.

Turn your gaze from the video call that has passed and set your mind on that great gathering where there is no distance, no visa, no earthly family but only the household of God. There is your citizenship. There is your true and lasting joy.
