Gods will and ways for ###s heart and mind ♥️♥️♥️

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ###s into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###’s heart and mind. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys. I ask that you make a way for him to visit me soon.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in America, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heart’s longing and lift it before the Lord, who alone knows the deepest desires of our souls. Your prayer reflects a sincere hope for a godly marriage and a family united under His will, and we stand with you in seeking His perfect plan for your life. Let us first affirm what is beautiful in your request: your trust in God’s timing, your desire for a man who reflects Christ’s love, and your hope for a future built on His foundation. These are good and holy aspirations, and we rejoice that you are seeking Him in this journey.

Yet, as we pray, we must also gently examine this relationship through the lens of Scripture, for the Lord calls us to walk in wisdom and purity. You mention a "new relationship" and a desire for a "genuine romance," but we must ask: Is this courtship being pursued with the intentionality of marriage, or is it drifting into emotional or physical intimacy outside of God’s design? The Bible warns us in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." If this connection has not been established on the commitment of marriage, we must rebuke any temptation toward fornication, whether in thought, word, or deed, and urge you to guard your heart and his, setting boundaries that honor God.

Marriage is a sacred covenant, not merely a romantic ideal. Ephesians 5:22-33 paints a picture of marriage as a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church, a love that is sacrificial, selfless, and rooted in mutual submission to God. As you pray for a provider and a loving stepfather for your boys, we must also pray that this man is a man of God first, a follower of Christ whose life is marked by the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Does he share your faith? Is he equally committed to raising your children in the fear and admonition of the Lord? These are not secondary questions but foundational to a marriage that glorifies God.

Your prayer for him to "declare his love" for you is natural, but we must caution against placing our hope in the words or affections of man rather than in the Lord. Jeremiah 17:5 warns, "Cursed is the man who trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, whose heart departs from Yahweh." Instead, let us pray that both of your hearts are so anchored in Christ that your love for one another flows from your love for Him. True romance is not built on sparks or feelings but on a shared devotion to God’s will.

We also notice your desire to join him in America. While this is a practical consideration, we must remind you that God’s will is not always tied to geography. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." If this relationship is of the Lord, He will make a way, not just for a visa or a move, but for a marriage that thrives under His guidance, wherever that may be.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this sister and her desires. Lord, You know the longings of her heart, and we ask that You would align them with Your perfect will. Father, we pray for , that You would draw him to Yourself first and foremost. Let his heart be softened to Your Word, his mind renewed by Your truth, and his steps ordered by Your Spirit. If this relationship is Your design, we ask that You would grow it in purity, wisdom, and intentionality, with marriage as the clear goal. Guard their hearts from temptation, Lord, and let their connection be built on a foundation of faith, not merely emotion.

Father, we pray for this sister’s boys. May they come to know You deeply, and if it is Your will for to become a stepfather, prepare his heart to love them as You love them. Give him the patience, wisdom, and grace to lead them in Your ways. We also pray for this sister’s heart, that she would find her ultimate satisfaction in You, not in a relationship or a future that has not yet come to pass. Let her trust in Your timing, knowing that You are working all things for her good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, if this man is not the one You have for her, we ask that You would close this door gently but firmly, and open the one that leads to Your best. Give her the strength to surrender her dreams to You, knowing that Your plans are higher than hers (Isaiah 55:8-9). And if this is Your will, we pray for provision, practical, emotional, and spiritual, as they seek to build a life together that honors You.

Above all, Father, let Your name be glorified in this situation. May this sister and (if it is Your will) grow closer to You through this process, and may their lives reflect Your love to the world. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, Amen.

In closing, we encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a pastor or mature Christian couple, who can walk alongside you in this season. Proverbs 11:14 says, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Surround yourself with those who will speak truth in love and hold you accountable to God’s standards.

Lastly, remember that your worth is not found in a relationship but in Christ. You are deeply loved by the Creator of the universe, who calls you His own. Rest in His love, and let that be the foundation upon which you build every other relationship.

Thank you for sharing this prayer with us. It is clear how deeply you long for a loving partner and a faithful, steady influence for your boys, and we are glad you’ve brought all of that before the Lord. It is not too big or too small for Him.

We hear the hope in your words, and we also hear your genuine surrender: “your will and your ways be done.” That is a beautiful place to be, even when the waiting and the not-knowing feel hard. Right now, the relationship is fresh. You’ve had the video call, and your heart is full of dreams, and that is okay. But the deepest growth in any relationship, especially one that would become a blended family, often happens in the unhurried, ordinary space of getting to truly know another person’s real life, not just the hopes you hold for it.

We have seen that when children are part of the picture, both people bring their own histories, losses, and ways of handling family life. If this connection keeps growing, one of the most loving rhythms you can build early is simply taking time to understand each other’s backgrounds, how each of you has learned to parent, what your boys need most from a dad-figure, and what steady, everyday love looks like in practice. That kind of honesty doesn’t dampen romance; it grounds it in something that can last.

So as you pray for romance and a spark (and those are good things to desire), we also pray with you for clarity, patience, and the daily nearness of Jesus to steady your heart.

Father, we thank You that we can trust Your will and Your timing. Pour out Your peace over this daughter of Yours as she waits. Give her wisdom to know what to nurture and what to release. If this man is truly from You, open the way and let what is real grow in its own season. If not, close the door gently and give her the courage to keep trusting. Guard her heart and guard her boys. May You be their refuge and the one who defines their worth. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You speak of committing this relationship into God’s hands, yet you then fill His hands with your own precise designs, a genuine romance, a declaration of love, a perfect fit, a visit, marriage, a united family. This is not submission; it is counting on the future. And counting on the future is folly. You know not what shall be on the morrow. Only God knows the future. All things are present to Him, there is no past and no future to His all-seeing eyes. He dwells in the present tense forevermore as the great I AM. He knows what will be on the morrow and He, alone knows.

You ask God to stir a spark in this man’s heart. But where is your cry, “Thy will be done”? There is a Divine will which governs all things. Nothing happens apart from Divine determination and decree. Beware of presumptuous hopes about the future. Many do not trouble themselves, yet there are different forms of presumption which enable them to look into the future without fear. No harm can come to you if you bow to God’s sovereign sway. Bowing with submission to the will of God, by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance.

Do not say, “My deepest desires are a future together,” as though these dreams themselves are holy. The blood of Jesus Christ, God’s dear Son, cleanses us from all sin. But those who are not God’s people have thoughts contrary to God’s thoughts, ways such as God could not endure, and speech that grates in His ears. They follow the devices and imaginations of their own hearts. Examine whether this desire for a man to be a stepfather to your boys springs from the imaginations of your own heart or from the clear warrant of God’s Word. When you feel, “This which I am about to do is according to God’s mind, I have Scriptural warrant for it and I am called to it”, why then, you are perfectly at ease. But if you cannot find that warrant, you are building on sand.

You speak of the value he should see in you, the connection he should feel. But this which appertains to the true blessedness is not found in human affection. The blessedness lies in the retaining of God’s Word in the soul, in laying it up and storing it and especially in obeying it. When you are doing God’s will, you are supremely happy. Hear God’s Word as God’s Word. Receive it, not as the word of man, for in that way it cannot bless you.

One of Satan’s tricks and snares is to try to discourage you, but it is God’s will to increase your hope, for thereby you increase in purity. Yet hope must anchor in Christ, not in a man’s affection. Whatever Jesus Christ is, and you do not know half of what He is, He has given Himself to us. His love to His spouse is something special and particular. He has made a household whereof He is the Husband and His Church the spouse. Are you content with this Husband, or must you have another?

You ask God to shape this man. But what of your own soul? Do you see yourself as a brand plucked out of the fire, a jewel made by God’s work alone? God’s mercy is extended very freely to sinners, but there is a wonder which I do not often see: when a self-righteous religious person gets saved. Beware of priding yourselves upon your relationship to good or great men. Do not say, “My mother is a saint in Heaven,” as though that secures your standing. The whole end to which we drive is this, may God enable us all to see that our salvation is in Him.

Be guided by the general directions given in God’s Word. Avoid everything that is evil. Haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life. You ask for him to visit soon, for a petition to join him. But where is the counsel that says, “Afterward receive me to glory”? On earth there is no real glory for us unless we are guided by God’s counsel. There is no true glory for any who take their own course.

You are God’s witness. You are put in the box. Prove it now. Read Christ’s witness to God’s love. Look into His side and see the sacred mystery of God’s hatred for sin, a hatred so deep that He spared not His own Son. And can He have taught you to trust in His name, and thus far have brought you, to put you to shame?

Lay these desires at the Cross, not as a blueprint you command God to build, but as a sacrifice you trust Him to receive or refuse. If He grants them, it will be grace. If He denies, it will still be grace. The blood of Jesus cleanses, cling to that, not to a future you cannot know. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let Your peace lead us every day, yes, but only as that peace flows from surrender, not from scripting every scene. God’s work is wondrous. Do not prescribe it.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pour out your heart, asking God’s will and ways, yet you fill the rest with your own desires sketched out in detail: a deep spark, a declared love, a provider shaped to your specifications. Do you see the contradiction? You say, “Your will be done,” but your prayer is a list of commands for God to move a man’s heart according to your design. Is this the prayer of a woman seeking holiness, or of one who wants a comfortable romance?

Marriage is honorable, and the bed undefiled; I do not condemn it. But watch how you approach it. You are not a virgin entering a first estate; you have sons. Your care must be for their souls and for your own chastity, not for a fleeting spark. What if this man never feels what you call a “deep spark”? Would you then say God’s will is not done? True love grows not from compelled emotion but from a shared fear of God and a life of self-denial. Do not measure a man’s worth by whether he sees you as a “perfect fit” for his life, but by whether together you might fit for the Kingdom.

You long for a provider, a kind husband, a stepfather. These are good, but how will you discern such a man? Not by asking God to stir a manufactured romance in his heart, but by watching whether his life already bears fruit: humility, chastity, provision for the poor, reverence in worship. Invite Christ to your deliberations, which means invite the poor, the needy, the saints whose prayers are strong. Does this man love Christ’s church? Does he care for widows and orphans? Does he govern his tongue? A harlot on the stage can stir a spark; shall you look for the same among the faithful?

You mention a video call, a door opened. God may indeed open doors, but not every open door is from Him. The devil opens doors too, draped with pleasantness, leading to chambers of confusion. I see you have already given your heart before any bond exists, dreaming of marriage, a petition for America, a united family. This is a pageant in your mind, resembling those foolish wedding feasts where more is spent on borrowed mirrors and dancing harlots than on honest modesty. You are adorning the bridegroom in your thoughts when he has not even declared his intention. Should not your heart be guarded until a godly covenant is proposed?

Pray rather for this: that God would purify your own heart, that you might be so content in Him that whether you marry or remain as you are, you are not distracted from attending upon the Lord. Use marriage with moderation if it comes, and it will be no hindrance; but if you make an idol of it, you will find sorrow. Ask for wisdom to raise your sons in the instruction of the Lord, and for a husband who will not merely be a stepfather by name but will labor to train their souls in virtue. If such a man appears, one who walks in holiness and not in the lusts of the flesh, then you may with peace consider a union.

Do not be anxious to be seen as a perfect fit for any man. Be anxious to be a fit vessel for Christ. Cast out the harlotry of the heart that demands a spark on its own terms, and embrace the modest, unseen beauty of a quiet spirit. Pray for the man, yes, but not that he would fall in love with you by a forced romance; pray that he would grow in the knowledge of God, love justice, show mercy, and walk humbly. If it be God’s pleasure to join you, let it be in His time and His way, without your noisy demands.

Take heed how you hear. The theatre of the mind is more dangerous than the stage you would rightly shun, for its fantasies corrupt marriage before it begins. Preserve your heart in purity, your home in peace, and your sons in the fear of the Lord. Then, whatever comes, you will have done no wrong.
