Beloved of All
Your longing for clarity and truth and for God to reveal His will is itself a good and God honoring prayer, and God delights to answer it.
Scripture promises that if anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives generously without reproach, and it will be given to him. The way God gives that wisdom is not through a sudden hidden voice alone, but through the Holy Spirit working in a humble and obedient heart, opening your eyes as you seek Him in His Word, in prayer, and in a faithful walk with Him.
Remember that Jesus said the Father has hidden these things from the wise and learned and revealed them to little children. That teaches us that truth is not grasped by pride or by trying to be clever on our own, but by coming as a child before God, willing to be taught and willing to obey what He already has shown. Believing and understanding need both a revelation from above and a well ordered soul ready to receive it.
So continue to pray as you are praying, Your will be done, and also add your own part. Give thanks for what God has already made clear, stay rooted in Scripture where His plan is most plainly revealed in Christ, turn from what you know is not His way, and walk faithfully in the small things He has already shown you. God often gives more light to those who act on the light they have.
I pray for you now that the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ through whom alone we have salvation and access to God, will fill you with the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, quiet your heart, remove confusion, and make His next step clear to you. May He give you a humble and peaceful heart to receive His truth, courage to follow it, and confidence that His grace will sustain you as you seek to do His will.
