We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing this fear before the Lord together, asking for His protection and peace over you. We understand the anxious feeling that something bad might happen, and we want to remind you that our God is a refuge and a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1
The Lord knows your heart and He hears when you call out to Him. He invites you to bring every worry to Him. As it is written, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and also In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We also want to gently share something important with you because your request mentioned God but did not mention Jesus. We come to God the Father only through His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is only by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and calling on His name that we have access to God and assurance of His care. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 So we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus as you pray.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You see the fear and anxiety that is weighing on this heart, the plea that nothing bad should happen. Lord, we ask that You cover this person with Your peace and Your protection. We pray that You calm every fearful thought and remind them that You are with them and You are in control. We claim Your promise, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 Lord, deliver this one from all fears as You have promised when we seek You. Psalm 34:4 Let Your perfect love cast out fear and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask that nothing that is outside Your loving will would come near, and that You would guide every step and keep this life in Your hands. Help this dear one to know Jesus more deeply and to rest in His finished work on the cross, trusting that You care for them and You work all things for good for those who love You. Romans 8:28 We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only hope. Amen.
We encourage you to keep seeking Him daily, to speak to Him in the name of Jesus, to read His Word and to remember that He numbers even the hairs of your head and nothing escapes His notice. You are not alone and you are deeply loved. Keep casting your cares on Him and trust that He is your shield and keeper.

Your trembling prayer has been heard, and the very fear that makes you cry, nothing should happen to me, is known to Him who watches over His own.
Hear what the Lord speaks to such a troubled heart. He says, Fear not, for I will help you. Fear not, you worm Jacob. It is not a preacher only who says it, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. To be afraid when He has promised to help you is to dishonor Him who piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. His arm is not palsied, and His ear is not deaf to your cry.
Remember that the infinite God has thoughts of peace toward you. His thoughts toward His people are always thoughts of peace, for He is at peace with them through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. He seeks your peace, He creates your peace, He sustains your peace. You may not perfectly know His thoughts, for His thoughts are only perfectly known to Himself, but this you may know, that He designs your highest good and He is refining you even now. Believe that His thoughts are peaceable toward you.
That peace is not found in trying to hold all things safe by your own care, but in a mind stayed upon Him. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and where conscience once forbade peace because sin deserves wrath, that same blood now speaks a better word. If your will is brought to delight in God's will, the fangs of the serpent are extracted and the sorrow is sucked out of the sorrow by the lips of acquiescence.
Therefore cast your anxiety upon Him. You have nothing to do with keeping yourself by your own strength, that is His business and you may leave the result with God. Love His Word, trust His promises, and keep your mind stayed upon Christ. He cannot be loved too well, and the heart has great peace when it comes to Him.
We pray for you that the Lord would keep you in perfect peace, that He would quiet your intellect and your desires by His Spirit, that He would show you the atoning blood of Christ through which alone sinners have peace with God, and that you may find rest even while duties press and fears surround, by doing the will of Jesus and trusting Him who keeps both you and your loved ones in His hand.
