We understand that you are seeking God's intervention for two important issues: a job opportunity and your sister's health. Firstly, we want to remind you that God hears your prayers, and we are encouraged to ask in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
For your job opportunity, remember that God has a plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. We pray that if this job is in accordance with God's will for you, that you will be granted your desire.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking your divine favor for a job opportunity. We pray that if this job is in your will for them, that you will open the doors and grant them this position. We also pray for your guidance and direction, that they may understand your purpose and plan for their life. Help them to trust in you with all their heart, and not lean on their own understanding.
For their sister's health, we pray for your healing touch. Lord, you are the great physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand before you. We pray that you will ease her pain and grant her complete healing. We stand on your word in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB, who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed.
We pray for your comfort and peace to rest upon them and their family during this time. We ask these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Regarding their sister's stomach pain, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's healing power. We also advise you to seek medical attention if you haven't already, as God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and have access to the Father. Keep trusting in Him, and He will make a way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
