God will not forget our children if only.....

Hosea 4:6 King James Version (KJV)

6 ..........; seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

So, if we are diligent in reading the word of God and following it God will never forget our children.

Actually, that could apply the other way too, sometimes the offspring get saved, and the parents are still unsaved and into certain sins.In my family ,it's that way,I'm the only one who got saved.{including other loved ones than immediate family }I was "drawn" towards Biblical things. from an early age, then became a believer after reading a Christian book.I've called many prayer lines about getting them saved, but so far, my mother is into the occult{fascinated by it}, my sister the same, and I have an aunt who hates Christians so much that if you just mention the words "Christian" or Christainity, she "flips out"{Sometimes you don't even have to mention it,she brings the subject around to that.}The subject of unsaved loved ones is probably a common thing for Christians.

Never ever forget Gods law. The Ten Commandments is one of them. The Sermon on the Mount is another one and all the Psalms. Read it carefully, teach your children to memorize them and make sure you are fasting and praying for your wife, your children and grand children so all of them will enter heaven after we have obeyed Gods word.

Yes, it's true. It happens in many families where they have no idea about Christ or the true God. But once a person is converted to Christianty or saved then he or she has to follow/ obey the verse, Hosea 4 : 6 for their children to be blessed.
In Ezekiel chapter 18 : 2 And 19, 20 we read parents sins are nothing to do with the children if they are rhiteous.

Ezekiel 18:2-3 King James Version (KJV)

2. What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge?

3. As I live, saith the Lord God, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.

19 Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.

20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

By His grace we are saved. Are we not?
Ephesians 2 : 5
5. even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).

Of course, we are very much burdened for the souls of our dear ones, as, we know what would happen to them when they are unsaved.

But our Lord is faithful to save them if we persistently ask Him for their salvation.

Luke 11:8 King James Version (KJV)
8. I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

May the Lord save all your dear ones and my prayers will be there for them until I hear from you that they are saved. I believe one day I will hear that good news.

Luke 1:37
37. For with God nothing shall be impossible.

God bless you.

My mother' s family is Jewish lineage. But when God scattered the Jewish people in His wrath some families came to India. This family is one amongst them. They got converted to Christianity and we all followed. My elder sister who is in US got Holy Spirit anointing many years back. But Satan made her to back slide and she went back to Judaism.
For years I'm praying for her to come back to Christ but until now no change.
We read in St. Paul's letters salvation is very difficult for such people because having tasted Jesus once it's not that easy to get saved.
But because of my perseverance in prayer for her God showed me in a dream that she would come back to Jesus again.
So prayers can change any situation, although some waiting period may be there.

This aunt{mine},wondering exactly what's up with her. Most unbelievers, they may scoff a little when you bring up Jesus or the Gospel, maybe make a cynical comment about it, then move on.But her {and for years, since I can remember} just mentioning the word "Christians" sets her off and she goes into a whole hate filled speech about how she hates them. {Sometimes, even on a different subject, she somehow brings it back to" Christian bashing". She goes out of her way to specify "Jesus son of Mary and Joseph" to avoid calling Him the Son of God.Says Christians read the Bible upside down, misinterpreted things, etc.I didn't see her for a long time,{because now we don't live close to each other}and I thought that maybe she eased up on that stuff, but before long, here it came--the negative speech about Christianity. So what's up, is this demon possession,or what? She doesn't show "classic symptoms" of demon possession, like throwing herself on the floor, gnashing of teeth. But this over the top hatred of Christians...something is causing it.

We can't say it's demon posession. But of course some evil influence is there. Even the staunch Hindus here get converted by fervent prayers. So, prayers can definitely change her.

Pray our children aren't fighting with each other, anyone else or making messes all over or tearing up the house. Pray the blood over all they say and do anywhere they go. Pray that God won't let no weapon formed against them prosper. Instead shower them with blessings and lavish them in Jesus'...
