We hear your heart's desire to hear from God and we join with you in seeking His voice and His will together in Jesus' name. We are encouraged by the words you shared that God will be right by your side as you rise, because Scripture assures us this is true when we walk with Him in humility and faith.
We want to lovingly remind you that God most clearly speaks to us through His Word, the Bible, and that any word we feel we receive should be tested against Scripture. We do not chase feelings or mystical messages alone, but we anchor ourselves in what He has already said. He promises His presence to those who trust Him. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And Deuteronomy 31:6 says Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid nor scared of them, for Yahweh your God himself is he who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.
If you have felt underestimated or overlooked by others, we understand how painful that can be. Yet we encourage you not to seek to rise for your own vindication or pride, but to be lifted up by God in His time and for His glory. 1 Peter 5:6 says Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. And James 4:10 says Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you. Psalm 75:6-7 reminds us that promotion doesn't come from man, For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. So we pray your rising would be a testimony of His strength in you, not your own. Philippians 4:13 says I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
We also gently want to address something important we noticed in your request. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We share this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and can truly hear His voice and know His presence. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through Jesus we are forgiven, made children of God, and assured He will never leave us.

Father in heaven, we thank You that You see this dear one, that You know every hurt from being underestimated and every longing to hear Your voice. We ask in Jesus' name that You draw close and make Your presence known through Your Word and Your Spirit. Give a humble heart that seeks to glorify You rather than self, and grant patience to wait for Your perfect timing to lift up. Strengthen and uphold with Your righteous right hand, give courage and peace, and help to trust You with all the heart and not lean on human understanding as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches. Lead on the right path and use this life as a testimony of Your faithfulness. Help to walk closely with Jesus Christ, to know Him as Savior and Lord, and to rest in the assurance that if God is for us, who can be against us as Romans 8:31 declares. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Bring that phrase you wrote to the Lord honestly, ask Him what He wants you to know, write down what comes to mind, and then talk it through with a trusted pastor or mature believer who knows you. Your heart longs to hear the voice of God, and that is a right and precious longing. Yet we must remember that God's Word is preserved century after century, and it comes to us with all the freshness and force as if it were uttered anew tonight. If we would hear what God has to say, we must come to God's Word upon any point, for God's Word is full of instruction and they that are willing to be taught of it shall become wise in all ways.
It is true that the Lord does give encouragement to the depressed and to those who feel underestimated or overlooked by others. The gracious promises of God's Word are as many as the stars which brighten the midnight sky. This is what He has indeed said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. My grace is sufficient for you. Fear not, I will help you. That is a sure word, because it is God's own mouth that has spoken it, and since God says this, we claim of you that you believe your Creator and never question it again.
But comfort based upon the suppression of truth is worse than useless. We must not seek a comfortable whisper apart from the truth of Christ, nor rest upon a sentence that merely pleases our desire to rise before men. The question is not whether you will rise in the estimation of others, but whether you will be found in Christ. God's great convincing argument is His dying, bleeding Son. The merit of Christ was infinite, and the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin. If you would know that God is by your side, you must seek His blessing in God's way, and God's way is that you should believe in His Son, Jesus Christ, that you should trust your soul into His eternal keeping.
There are seasons even with God's true children when at His feet they groan, yet take their needs away, and their request does not seem to be complied with then and there. But understand that God's delays are not denials and that His denials to particular requests are only intended to let us know that He will give us something richer and better than we have asked. If He does not pay your prayers in silver, He will pay them in gold. There is no music in God's ear that is more sweet from His child than a loud earnest cry. God delights to hear the knocker of prayer hammering away at the door of mercy.
So I would urge you to turn this longing into prayer. There are many prayers that it would not be right to pray in public, but they are very dear to God's ears in private. Open your mouth wide and He will fill it. Consider God's greatness, you may expect great things from Him who made the heavens and the earth. Go in God's name and say what He bids you, and He will tell you more.
May the Lord lead you to examine your heart, to lay to heart what His Word says, and to find your rising not in vindication before men but in being raised with Christ. May you hear His call, Come unto me and I will give you rest, and may you trust Him and be kept by His promise that He will never leave nor forsake those who are His.

Thank you for sharing what you have felt on your heart and your desire to hear from the Lord. That desire itself is good, and God honors those who seek Him sincerely.
What you described contains things that are true about God according to Scripture, and also things that need to be tested with care. Scripture does teach that God sees you when others do not, that He is near to the humble, and that He will never leave those who belong to Him. The Lord says, Fear not, for I am with you, and again, I will never leave you nor forsake you. He also says that He gives grace to the humble and that those who humble themselves before Him will be lifted up in due time. If you are in Christ, His presence with you does not depend on whether others notice you or underestimate you. It is a steady promise.
At the same time, every impression we feel should be tested against the Word of God, with prayer and with wise counsel from mature believers. God does not lift us up so that we can prove others wrong or draw attention to ourselves, but so that we can serve Him more faithfully and reflect Christ more clearly. The rising that God gives is not about personal vindication, but about being formed into the likeness of Jesus, being useful in His hands, and walking in humility, love and obedience.
If this word encourages you to trust God more, to remain faithful when you feel overlooked, and to rest in His nearness, receive that encouragement and thank Him for it. Let it lead you away from bitterness or the need to be seen by people, and toward quiet faithfulness. Continue in daily prayer, in reading Scripture, in fellowship with your church, and in doing the small tasks God has put before you with love and integrity. God often works most powerfully in hidden seasons.
Ask the Lord to search your heart, to keep you humble, to make you more like Christ, and to use your life for His glory rather than your own.
