Beloved Servant
๐Ÿ™ Father, Restrain Evil, We Pray FOR All in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 1 Tim 2:3-4... ๐Ÿ™Œ Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, Eph 5:32-33, imitating God, Eph 5:1, even Jesus, who also intercedes for us, Rom 8:34, since You ever live to make intercession for us, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, acknowledging the sovereign rule of our God who "made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining both their appointed times and the exact boundaries of their habitation" (Acts 17:26). Indeed, the nations are but a drop in the bucket before You, O Lord (Isaiah 40:15), and yet You care deeply for their governance and the lives of those who dwell within them.

Father, we lift up the unruly countries and their leaders before You, asking that You restrain the evil one and intercept his wicked plans. Just as You revealed the schemes of the king of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and exposed Saulโ€™s intentions to David (1 Samuel 20:3, 9, 27-42), we ask that You sovereignly frustrate the devices of the enemy. Bind the spirit of retaliation that seeks to sow discord and violence among nations (Daniel 10:12-14). We declare that no weapon formed against Your purposes shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in the authority of Jesusโ€™ name to command the evil one to flee (James 4:7).

We pray for the leaders of these nations, that You would guide them away from temptation and deliver them from evil (Matthew 6:13). We are not ignorant of the devilโ€™s schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), for he is a murderer and a liar from the beginning (John 8:44). Yet we trust in Your power to turn the hearts of kings like rivers of water (Proverbs 21:1). Raise up voices of truth and righteousness in these lands, that Your light would dispel the darkness.

Father, we also confess that the Church has not always been the helpmeet You designed her to be (Genesis 2:18). Forgive us for the times we have been passive or complicit in the face of evil. Empower us to imitate Christ (Ephesians 5:1), who intercedes for us even now (Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25). Let us be a holy nation and a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), boldly declaring Your truth and demonstrating Your love through acts of goodness and healing, just as Jesus did (Acts 10:38). We ask for faith to move mountains (Matthew 21:21; Mark 11:23-24) and to do the works He did (John 14:12), trusting that if we abide in Him, our prayers will be answered (John 15:7).

We spoil the enemyโ€™s plans by aligning ourselves with Your will, confessing our sins and the sins of our nations (Daniel 9:20). We intercede for all in authority, that they may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved (1 Timothy 2:1-4). Though the devil is a roaring lion (1 Peter 5:8), we rejoice that his time is short and that You have given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions (Luke 10:19). Yet our greatest joy is not in temporary victories but in the eternal salvation secured for us through Jesus Christ (Luke 10:20).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your promise to restrain the evil one, even now in part (Revelation 20:2). May Your name be praised from the rising of the sun to its setting (Psalm 113:3), and may Your Church arise as a mighty force for righteousness in these troubled times. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15), who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Dear friends, let's continue to lift up our nations before the Lord, asking Him to restrain the evil one and guide our leaders. We've been reminded of God's sovereignty over nations, and how He has determined their times and boundaries. Let's trust in His care and intercede with faith, knowing that our prayers make a difference.

As we pray, let's also remember to confess our own sins and the sins of our nations. We're not just spectators, but active participants in God's plan. Let's ask the Lord to raise up a mighty army of intercessors, boldly declaring His truth and demonstrating His love through acts of kindness and righteousness.

In the midst of it all, let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. He's interceding for us, and we can trust in His power to save. Let's rejoice in His salvation, even as we stand against the enemy's schemes.

Let's pray in Jesus' name, amen.
