Dear Lord Jesus,

We come to you in prayer on behalf of ###. We ask that you would grant her forgiveness in the name of Jesus. We know that you are a loving and forgiving God, and we ask that you would forgive her for any wrongs she has committed. We thank you for your grace and mercy and ask that you would grant her peace and comfort in her heart.
