Beloved
🙌 Heavenly Father, thank You The Kingdom is "righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit," Rom 14:17. I ask You, "The God of Hope, will fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13. We thank You that faith, hope and love remain, and the greatest of these is love, 1 Cor 13:13, so we ask for all three, and especially HOPE... Thank You that in Jesus, HOPE does remain, of an eternal Kingdom, and Your full presence, where perfection exists, and a Glorious Throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary, Jeremiah 17:12. For here we have no lasting city, but are seeking one to come, Heb 13:14. "O City of God, Glorious things are spoken of you," Ps 87:3, where, "those who sing as well as those who play the flutes say, 'All my springs of joy are in you,'" Ps 87:7.

Thank You for extra grace to see that dwelling that cannot be torn down, eternal in the heavens, not made with hands, 2 Cor 5:1, for we are seeking a City to come, whose architect and builder is God, Heb 11:10. "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself," Philippians 3:20-21, as it is also written, "Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure," 1 John 3:2-3. "Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready," Revelation 19:7. Now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God The Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Rev 22:20, Thank You in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in lifting our hearts to the God of all hope, who indeed fills us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). Your longing for the eternal city, whose architect and builder is God, resonates deeply with our spirits, for we too groan here, eagerly awaiting the redemption of our bodies and the fullness of our heavenly inheritance (Romans 8:23, Hebrews 11:10).

The hope you express is not a fleeting wish but an anchor for the soul, both sure and steadfast, entering into that which is within the veil (Hebrews 6:19). We are reminded that this hope purifies us, just as Christ is pure, and compels us to live as citizens of heaven, setting our minds on things above, not on earthly things (1 John 3:3, Colossians 3:2). The marriage of the Lamb is coming, and His bride, the Church, is making herself ready, clothed in fine linen, bright and clean, which are the righteous acts of the saints (Revelation 19:7-8). This is our blessed hope, and it should stir us to holy living and unwavering faithfulness.

We also recognize that while we wait, we are called to be ambassadors of this hope to a world in desperate need of it. The Kingdom of God is not merely a future reality but a present one, characterized by righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17). As we abound in hope, let us also abound in love, for love is the greatest of all, and it is the fulfillment of the law (1 Corinthians 13:13, Romans 13:10). Let us love one another deeply, for love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8), and let us extend this love even to our enemies, praying for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44).

Father, we thank You for the hope that does not disappoint, because Your love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, whom You have given us (Romans 5:5). We ask that You would fill us afresh with this hope, that we may overflow with joy and peace, even in the midst of trials and tribulations. Strengthen our faith, Lord, that we may run with endurance the race set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). Help us to live as strangers and pilgrims in this world, seeking first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto us (Matthew 6:33).

We pray for those who may be struggling with doubt or despair, that You would lift their eyes to the eternal city, where there is no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor pain, for the former things have passed away (Revelation 21:4). Remind them, Lord, that You are making all things new, and that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us (Romans 8:18). May they find comfort in Your promises and strength in Your presence.

Lord Jesus, we eagerly await Your return, when You will transform our lowly bodies to be like Your glorious body (Philippians 3:20-21). Until that day, help us to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which we have been called, with all humility, gentleness, patience, and love (Ephesians 4:1-2). May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all, now and forevermore. Come quickly, Lord Jesus. Amen.

We love the way your prayer lifts our eyes toward the City of God, where all our springs of joy are found. It’s clear that eternal hope isn’t just a distant comfort for you, it’s a present anchor, settling your heart in the peace Christ gives right now. That kind of heavenly longing doesn’t make us less present here; it makes us more steady, more alive, because we know our true home is secure.

The hope you’re resting in is a Person, not a wish. Jesus, our risen and returning King, holds your future and walks with you through every ordinary day. He is the one who fills you with joy and peace as you keep trusting. So don’t let that rich prayer stay on the page, let it travel with you. You might choose a short line from what you wrote, like “All my springs of joy are in You,” and quietly breathe it out when you wake up or face a moment that feels temporary and thin. A simple truth repeated can re-tether the soul to what is real.

We thank You, Father, that our citizenship is in heaven, and that one day faith will become sight. Keep filling our friend with the hope and joy that come by the power of the Holy Spirit. Let the vision of Your glorious city brighten every step until that day we see You face to face. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Your request touches the very heart of the matter: to be filled with joy and peace in believing. But take heed that you do not mistake the order of divine things. Joy and peace are the soul’s flower, but faith is the root. If you seek to get your believing from your joy and peace, you are building on sand. It is a snare of Satan to demand comfort before confidence. Look squarely at Christ crucified. In a moment, when you cast yourself wholly upon Him, joy and peace will spring up, not as the ground of your trust, but as its gracious result. The wounds of Christ still stream with mercy; that head crowned with thorns still beams with the splendor of grace. Believe, and you shall be filled.

You speak of the city to come, whose architect and builder is God. That is a true and heavenly hope. Here we have no lasting city, and it is well that your citizenship is set in that place where they sing, “All my springs of joy are in You.” But do not think this filling peace is only for the hereafter. The peace in believing is a present, filling peace, it drowns the fear of death, it sweetens earthly sorrows, and it makes the heart strong even while loved ones are far away. It is the peace which Christ gives: not as the world gives. The joy of the Lord is your strength, even now, in this dark world of sin. Yet it never comes by peering inward for signs of grace; it comes by looking outward to the Fount of grace. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, perfect peace, when the mind is stayed on Him.

Let this be your watchword: seeing is not believing, but believing is seeing. You desire hope, joy, peace, all three. Then let faith be the anchor which holds them all. Do not seek the joy first; seek the Christ who is your joy. Do not hunt after hope as a feeling; cling to Him who is your hope. If you will simply trust, you shall have joy inexpressible and full of glory, joy which cannot be told, peace which fills every crevice of the heart. So shall there be great joy in your own spirit, even as there was in Samaria when Christ was preached. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. And to believe on Him whom He has sent, this is the root of all rest, all peace, all joy.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You lift up your eyes to the Jerusalem above, and rightly so, for here we have no lasting city. The heart that seeks that city of God, where all our springs of joy are, is a heart that has begun to taste the good things to come. Yet let us not only gaze upward but also look within, for the King of Righteousness and the King of Peace has already made you a citizen of that realm. He has broken down the wall of partition and brought heaven down to earth, indeed, earth has become heaven because heaven has received the things of earth.

You ask for hope, faith, and love, and you know well that the greatest is love. But see how the Apostle binds these things together. The kingdom of God is not a distant dream reserved only for the world to come; it is righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. This joy and peace are not mere feelings that come and go, but the very tokens of that eternal Kingdom breaking into our present life. Therefore, to abound in the hope of glory, one must first be rooted in the peace that Christ gives, a peace not as the world gives. The world’s peace means the absence of trouble, a truce with the fallen order. But Christ’s peace often means a sword to sever us from sin, a glorious discord with evil for the sake of a good concord with God. This is the peace of which He speaks when He enters the house of the soul. It is the mother of all good things, preparing the way for love.

And what is this hope that purifies? You have quoted the holy Apostle: everyone who has this hope in Christ purifies himself, just as He is pure. This is no idle wish. To long for the marriage supper of the Lamb is to prepare the wedding garment now. The vision of that city, with its angels and saints, its cherubim and seraphim, its unspeakable glory and inexpressible beauty, is given to us as a light to guide our feet. Should you be counted worthy of that light, you will see these things and be delivered from every bond. But this very hope is what pulls us from the mire. How can a man long for the peace of the heavenly Jerusalem while sowing discord among his brethren here? How can he seek the King of Righteousness while clinging to unrighteousness? The hope does not belong to those who merely sigh for it, but to those who, by the power of the Holy Spirit, shape their lives according to its pattern. The grace that we ask for in prayer must become the life we live in deed. Let your request for hope be matched by a thorough cleansing of the heart, for a mutinous soul cannot taste the peace of the city whose architect is God. Seek then the peace that renders you stronger, the peace with Christ and with His body that makes you a true child of God and an heir of that lasting city.

Your prayer lays hold of something unshakable. You are asking for hope, and you are not asking in a vacuum. You ground it in the promise of a city whose architect and builder is God, a kingdom that cannot be torn down, and a coming Savior who will transform these lowly bodies. That is exactly where hope must anchor itself. Too often we fix our confidence on what we can see, on the uprightness of our own ways or the strength of our own hands. When those things hold, we feel secure. When they crack, our hope goes with them.

What you are doing is something different. You are looking past the props we lean on in this world. A man can lean upon his house, but it will not stand. A trust built on anything less than the living God is a spider’s web, and when the storm comes, it will not hold. But you are seeking a lasting city, the place where all our springs of joy truly are. That is wisdom. The poor have this hope too, and it stops the mouth of iniquity. It is a confidence born not from our own record but from the character of the One who promised.

There is an unseen battle over this hope. The adversary studies the faithful the way a general studies a city before an attack, looking for the weak point where the walls can be breached. He knows that if he can sever hope, the rest will fall. Job was caught in that crossfire, and we hear his voice swing wildly from despair to a sudden, piercing cry of victory: “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him,” and then the great shout, “I know that my Redeemer lives.” He did not understand why the blows were falling. His friends offered hollow counsel, mistaking his misery for hidden guilt. They said, “Acquaint yourself with God and be at peace,” as if he had not been doing exactly that. But their sight stopped at the rim of this world. Job’s hope, when it flared brightest, shot right through the darkness to a living vindicator standing upon the earth.

That is your hope too, only it is far clearer than Job’s. He saw the promise from a distance. You have seen it take flesh in Jesus Christ. He has gone ahead into the heavenly sanctuary, and your citizenship is already registered there. So when the weight of this life presses down and strength seems gone, what men call the end of the road is for you the door into His presence. The triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite lasts only a moment, but the hope set before you cannot be cut off. It purifies you even now, because everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

Do not despise the times when you feel you have no strength left. Job asked, “What is my strength that I should hope?” and then he found that his strength was never the point. Let your weakness drive you deeper into the God of hope. He fills you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Not a thin, wishful thinking, but a mighty, overflowing certainty that the throne of grace is your sanctuary now, and the eternal city is your home forever. The Lamb’s bride is being made ready, and His invitation stands. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
