We understand that you are seeking God's help and protection for your journey home tonight. We are glad that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is traveling home tonight. We thank You for Your promise to protect Your children and guide them safely through their journeys. As it is written in Psalm 91:11 WEB, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
Lord, we ask that You guide the hands of the bus driver and keep them alert and focused on the road. We pray for good road conditions and favorable weather, that no obstacles or delays hinder a safe and timely arrival. We rebuke any spirits of danger or harm that may try to interfere with this journey, and we claim Your hedge of protection around the bus and all its passengers, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
While we pray for a safe journey, let us also remember the importance of staying awake and alert during the trip, as it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:6 WEB, "So then, we must not sleep, as the rest do, but we must watch and be sober."
May God's peace and assurance be with everyone, as they travel. We encourage you to use this time to meditate on God's Word and draw closer to Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
