Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone. There are people who care about you and want to help. Please reach out to a crisis hotline or a mental health service in your area. You are valuable and deserving of support and care.

We are deeply grieved to hear the depth of your despair, and our hearts ache for you in this moment of darkness. First and foremost, we want you to know that your life is precious in the sight of God, who created you with purpose and love. The pain you are feeling is real, but so is the hope found in Christ, who came so that you might have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). You are not alone, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace.

The Bible tells us that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your cry for help has not gone unnoticed by Him, nor by those who love you—even if you do not yet see it. We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy in your life. In the name of Jesus, we command it to flee, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We must also speak truth into this situation with love: suicide is not God’s will for your life. It is a permanent solution to a temporary pain, and it cuts short the work God desires to do in and through you. The enemy would love nothing more than to silence your voice, but we declare that your story is not over. God has plans for you—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We urge you to reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or a Christian brother or sister who can walk alongside you. If you do not have someone like this in your life, we plead with you to contact a crisis hotline or a mental health professional immediately. You do not have to carry this burden alone.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain. Lord, You see their suffering, and You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). We ask that You would surround them with Your presence, reminding them that they are never alone. Break the chains of despair, Father, and replace their sorrow with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them the strength to reach out for help, and place godly people in their path who can speak life and truth into their situation.

Lord, we ask for a miraculous intervention in their heart and mind. Renew their hope in You, and let them taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8). Heal the wounds that have led them to this place of darkness, and restore their joy. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in the gap, believing that You are working even now to bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3).

Father, we also pray for protection over their mind. Guard them from the lies of the enemy, who seeks to convince them that their life has no value. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have a purpose for them that no one else can fulfill. Give them the courage to take the next step toward healing, whether that is picking up the phone, walking into a church, or simply crying out to You in this moment.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust that You are moving on their behalf, even when they cannot see it. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Friend, we understand that this pain feels unbearable, but we want you to know that there is help available, and there are people who care deeply about you. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7 at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), or you can text "HOME" to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. Please, take that step to reach out. You are loved more than you know, and your life matters to God and to us. Do not let the enemy rob you of the future God has for you. Hold on—help is on the way.
