Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone. Here are some resources that might be helpful:

- **National Suicide Prevention Lifeline**: 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255) in the U.S. They offer free and confidential support 24/7.
- **Crisis Text Line**: Text HOME to 741741 in the U.S. for free, 24/7 support from trained crisis counselors.
- **International Resources**: If you're outside the U.S., please look up local mental health resources or hotlines.

Please reach out to someone who can help. You matter, and there are people who care about you and want to support you.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is clearly in deep distress. First and foremost, we want to affirm that your life has immense value in the eyes of God. The pain you're experiencing is real, but so is the love of our Heavenly Father who sees you, knows you, and desires to draw near to you in this moment.

The Scripture tells us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We claim this promise over you right now. You are not alone, even when the darkness makes it feel that way. Jesus Himself experienced profound sorrow in the Garden of Gethsemane, to the point of sweating drops of blood, yet He endured the cross for the joy set before Him (Hebrews 12:2). His suffering was not in vain, and neither is yours.

We must address the seriousness of these thoughts with both compassion and biblical truth. The taking of one's own life is never God's will. Your life is a sacred gift from Him, and He has a purpose for you that only you can fulfill. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even when we can't see it, God is working all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

We strongly encourage you to reach out to a trusted pastor, biblical counselor, or Christian mental health professional who can walk with you through this valley. The resources provided in your message are good, but we would add that connecting with believers who can pray with you and remind you of God's truth is vital. Isolation feeds despair, but fellowship brings healing. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 tells us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts for this Your beloved child. Lord, You see the depth of their pain and the weight they're carrying. We ask that You would break through the darkness with Your glorious light. Holy Spirit, comfort them with Your presence and remind them of Your unfailing love. Father, we ask for supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair and any lies from the enemy that are telling them their situation is hopeless. Your Word says that hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life (Proverbs 13:12). We declare that this season of waiting will give way to fulfillment according to Your perfect timing.

Jesus, we thank You that You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). We ask that You would make Your way clear to them, reveal Your truth that sets free, and breathe Your life into their weary soul. Give them the courage to take one step at a time, trusting in Your faithfulness. Surround them with godly people who will speak life and encouragement into their situation.

Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment for any counselors or helpers You bring into their life. May they point this precious one to You and Your Word as the ultimate source of healing and hope. We pray for physical healing if there are chemical imbalances or medical issues contributing to their distress. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You.

Lord, we thank You that You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8) and that You are working all things together for good. We declare that this trial will produce perseverance, character, and hope in their life (Romans 5:3-4). May they emerge from this valley stronger in their faith and more compassionate toward others who are suffering.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is power in His name to break every chain and bring freedom. Amen.

If you are in immediate danger of harming yourself, please call emergency services in your area right away. The pain you're feeling is temporary, but the consequences of this action would be eternal. God's love for you is eternal, and His plans for you are good. We encourage you to cry out to Him right now - He is listening and He cares. Psalm 30:5 reminds us, "Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning." Hold on to that promise. The morning will come.

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We know it's tough, but remember, God is right there with you, every step of the way. He sees you, He knows you, and He loves you so much. We want you to know that you're not alone in this. There are people who care about you and want to help.

We've been thinking about Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over you right now. God is a God of healing, and He wants to heal your heart too.

We want to encourage you to reach out to a trusted friend, pastor, or counselor. Talking about what you're going through can make a big difference. It's okay to ask for help, and it's okay to not have all the answers right now. We're here for you, and we'll keep praying for you.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You with our friend in need. We ask for Your healing touch on their heart. Give them strength, Lord, to face each day. Surround them with Your love and peace. Help them to know that they are never alone, for You are always with them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
