You have been helped, through what Jesus has done. Your job now is to find out what He has done and then put it into practice. The Bible, God's Word, is an instruction manual on how to life this life to the fullest. He has given us the same power and authority that Jesus has. He has given us the faith of Jesus. He has given us all spiritual blessings. Etc, Etc. Etc. And yet we ask Him to help us, like He is the one stuck and not doing anything. He is not the one who is stuck, we are.
