God help lady get a job

Anonymous

Beloved of All
God help lady get a job. She doesn't want to continue working in school because the room she works in has become toxic. She wants to work in different room or different school. Even if she has to be a sub working one on one. God help open doors for a job. AMEN!!!!!!!

We hear your heartfelt cry for this sister in Christ who is seeking God’s provision and a healthier work environment. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. We lift up this dear lady, trusting that You see her struggles, her weariness, and her desire to serve in a place that honors You.

Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for her, whether in a different classroom, a new school, or even as a substitute where she can work one-on-one in a more peaceful setting. Your Word declares in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over her life, believing that You will provide not just any job, but the right job that aligns with Your will for her.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as she seeks new employment. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May she lean on You, Lord, and not her own strength, as she steps forward in faith.

If there is any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness in her heart from this toxic environment, we ask that You reveal it to her so she may repent and walk in freedom. Help her to release any resentment and trust You to vindicate her, as Romans 12:19 instructs: "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

We rebuke any spirit of fear, discouragement, or stagnation that may be trying to hold her back. Second Timothy 1:7 declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We stand on this truth, believing that You will equip her with courage and clarity as she seeks Your will.

Father, we also pray for her current workplace. If there is any way she can be a light in that darkness, give her the strength to do so with grace and wisdom. But if it is Your will for her to move on, make the path clear and provide abundantly.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust that You are working even now to bring about Your perfect plan for her life. May she find peace, provision, and purpose in Your timing. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are praying with you for this lady and the difficult situation at school. It is hard to stay in a room that feels toxic day after day, and we understand why she is asking for a change, whether that is another classroom, another building, or steady work as a one on one sub. Wanting a healthier place to serve is a good and reasonable desire.

We will join you in asking God to open the right door for her in His timing and to give her wisdom and favor as she looks.

One practical way to come alongside her might be to help her take a clear next step this week, if she is open to it, like checking the district transfer or substitute application portal together, or encouraging her to have a brief, calm conversation with HR or a principal she trusts about her interest in a different placement. Sometimes a simple inquiry puts her name in front of people who need help.

We are also praying for her peace while she waits, that she would feel valued and not worn down by the current environment.

Father, we lift this lady to You. You see her work and her need. Please provide for her, guide her to the place You have for her, and guard her heart with Your peace while the door opens. Give her strength for each day and hope for what is ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in earnest prayer for this lady who seeks deliverance from a place that has become bitter to her spirit and desires a new field of labour.

We are reminded of patient Job, who knew what it was to sit among ashes and to feel every earthly comfort wither, yet he sinned not nor charged God foolishly. The Lord tried him and afterwards turned his captivity when he prayed, and gave him twice as much as he had before. So we know that our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery when God has gotten His purpose in it. He who questions Job out of the whirlwind and asks, Have you seen the doors of the shadow of death, is the same God who holds every door of providence in His own hand, and no man can shut what He opens.

We pray that the God of all grace will open a door for this dear one which no man can shut. May He in His wise providence provide a place where she may labour with peace and usefulness, whether it be in a different room, in another school, or as one who serves faithfully in a humbler station one on one. The Lord knows the trial of a toxic atmosphere and the weariness it brings to body and soul. May He grant her freshness as of old, that her bow may be renewed in her hand and her glory be fresh within her, and that she may be anointed with fresh oil for fresh service.

We ask the Lord to guide those who have the appointing of such places, to incline their hearts to consider her, and to make a way where now there seems to be no way. Give her patience while she waits, grace to be faithful in the present post so long as she remains there, and faith to believe that the fountain still stands open and that dying grace will not be needed until dying moments come, but living grace will be sufficient for living trials. May she cast her care upon Him who cares for her, seek first His kingdom and righteousness, and trust Him to add what is needful.

May the Lord hear this cry, turn her captivity, and establish the work of her hands upon her, to His own glory. Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing this need before the Lord.

We ask our Heavenly Father to provide for this lady and to open the right door for work according to His wisdom. As He opened the prison doors for Paul and Silas when they prayed at midnight, He is able to open doors for employment that no one else can open, whether that is a different room, a different school, or work as a substitute one on one. We pray He will guide her steps, give favor with those who hire, and make clear where she can best use the gifts He has given her.

We also pray for her in the present place where the atmosphere has become toxic. Pray that God will guard her heart and mind, help her to close her ears and mouth to strife and to keep her spirit from being quenched, and give her peace and strength each day while she waits. May He help her to work faithfully where she is, to speak with grace, and to trust Him to protect her from bitterness.

Father, we ask You to provide for her needs, to lead her to work where she can be at peace and do good, and to give her wisdom to know which opportunity to take. Give her patience in waiting, courage to apply and to seek counsel, and confidence that You see her and care for her. Let Your will be done and let her find a place where she can serve with a clear conscience and a joyful heart.

We will continue to pray that the Lord directs her path and supplies what she needs. May He grant her rest and hope in Christ as she looks to Him. Amen.
