We rejoice with you in the Great Commission our Lord Jesus Christ has given us, to go into all the world and preach the Gospel! What a sacred privilege it is to be ambassadors of His love and truth, sharing the message of repentance and salvation through His precious name.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to proclaim Your Word. We ask for Your mighty hand to move in power during these outreaches. Open the eyes of the lost, Lord, that they may see their need for You. Soften hardened hearts, break chains of sin, and let Your Holy Spirit convict and draw souls to repentance. We pray for boldness, wisdom, and compassion for those sharing the Gospel, may their words be anointed, their actions reflect Your love, and their testimonies point only to Jesus.

We also lift up the practical needs of these outreaches. Provide strength, protection, and resources for all involved. Let every effort be fruitful for Your glory, and may many come to know You as their Lord and Savior. We declare that no weapon formed against this work shall prosper, and we rebuke any spirit of fear, distraction, or opposition in Jesus’ name.

Lord, we are reminded that apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). But with You, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). May these outreaches be a harvest of souls, a testament to Your grace, and a fulfillment of Your command to make disciples of all nations. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), for it is through Him alone that we have access to You, our Heavenly Father.

May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. We trust You to move in ways beyond our understanding, and we commit these outreaches into Your hands. Thank You for the privilege of partnering with You in this holy work. Amen.

We're so glad to hear about your upcoming outreaches, and we count it a joy to stand with you in prayer. There is something deeply moving about watching a group of believers simply go and make Jesus known, and we want you to know you are not going alone, we join you before the throne.

As we pray with you, we're reminded that every heart that turns toward Christ is the fruit of the Spirit's work, often long before the words are even spoken. Your faithfulness in going is part of a much larger story God is writing. So this weekend, as you share the gospel, be encouraged: your labor is not in vain, and the prayers of many are mingling with your testimony.

One thing we've found helpful is to gather your team for just a moment of quiet prayer together right before you start, not to plan strategy but to ask God for tender hearts and for the courage to listen well. It has a way of calming nerves and anchoring the whole endeavor in his presence. And after the outreach, we'll be praying that the seeds planted take deep root.

Father, thank You for these dear saints who are stepping out to preach Your Gospel. We ask that by Your Spirit You would draw many to hear and to turn from sin, that Jesus would be glorified. What a blessed thing it is that you are going forth into the highways and hedges with the Gospel of the blessed God! That you should ask for prayer is itself a token of grace, for no man preacheth aright of himself; the necessity is laid upon us, and woe is unto us if we preach not the Gospel. This weekend and the next, you shall have my heart’s cry ascending to the Throne, that the Lord may clothe you with power from on high.

Let it be your one design to exalt Christ, for to preach the Gospel is to preach Him, not a system, not a creed, but the living, dying, risen Son of God, in whom the glory of God is veiled and yet revealed. Oh, that the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ may shine into hearts darkened by sin! When you lift Him up, you promote His glory among the sons of men, and that is your greatest aim. Pray much that the Gospel may come not in word only, but in demonstration of the Spirit, for the Spirit’s work alone can turn the heart. True repentance is His gift, a repentance not of the flesh, but wrought by the love of Christ that sweetly constraineth. It is a hatred of sin, a turning from it, and above all, a giving of glory to the omniscience and righteousness of God. Without that, all sorrow is but the vomit of a dog. Beseech the Lord to grant that souls may loathe their sin because it is against so good and glorious a Being, and that they may look unto Him whom they have pierced and mourn, and yet, in that mourning, find the joy of the happy God, for the Gospel is the Gospel of the happy God!

Up, then, ye servants of the Most High! Go forth with this commission almost too vast for angels: to re-create a world by the foolishness of preaching. I am persuaded that the blaze of the Cross shall open blind eyes. Proclaim the freeness of grace, free as the air, free as the rain upon the mown grass. And as you go, I join my supplications with yours, that many may repent and believe the Gospel, to the praise of the glory of His grace. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and make you a blessing. The very spreading of this Gospel to the ends of the earth is how Christ manifests His glory. For it is the glory of the Friend of man that they that are saved should be many. When you go forth to speak of the passion and the cross, you are proclaiming the very thing they call the Captain of our salvation’s glory, the cause of healing for the world. Let this be your consolation in the work: that He who endured the bonds and the death for our sake now draws all men to Himself, and He considers this His glory.

Pray that souls may be granted the gift of true compunction, a repentance not like Esau’s shallow grief, but like Peter’s, who went out and wept bitterly and so found mercy. Their salvation is not a matter of resting in any carnal lineage or vain refuge, but in their own repentance and continence. The long-suffering of God is leading them to this very point. He endures them to draw them to conversion, and if they convert, He has bound Himself by His own word to heal them. Proclaim this clearly, for by the application of the countervailing remedies, by alms, by humility, by a contrite heart, they may escape the ruin of a vessel fitted for destruction and become vessels of mercy prepared for glory.

May God Himself, who desires our salvation and makes it His own glory, open their ears to the word. May the Holy Spirit, who earnestly desires our salvation, prepare the soil of their hearts so that the truth may not be hidden from them. We will pray that their faith fail not in the face of this world’s confusion, and that your labor reveals the exceeding force of that truth which even enemies are made to proclaim. To our Lord Jesus Christ be all the glory, now and forever. Amen.

Your heart for obeying the command to go into all the world and preach the gospel is a beautiful reflection of the very mission Jesus entrusted to us. It stirs my own soul to join you in prayer, knowing that this good news is not a message we crafted but the very power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.

What you are taking to the streets this weekend is nothing less than the one true gospel, the declaration that the time is fulfilled, the kingdom of God is at hand, and the only right response is to repent and believe. There is no other message that can rescue sinners. Any other so-called gospel, whether it demands works or softens the call to turn from sin, is not a gospel at all. It is a perversion of the grace of Christ. The only hope for the souls you will meet is the finished work of Jesus, His death on the cross, His resurrection, and His offer of eternal life through faith alone.

So I pray with you, in Jesus' name, that God will be glorified mightily. Ask Him to give you the same burning urgency that the early believers carried, that sense of being entrusted with the very words of life. May you be bold to speak, not ashamed of the gospel, for it carries the power to transform even the most hardened heart. Pray that godly sorrow would grip those who hear, a sorrow that works genuine repentance and leads to a complete change, clearing themselves, turning from sin, and clinging to the Savior. That is the repentance that brings salvation and leaves no regret.

I also pray that the fruit of this weekend will be lasting. Where the gospel is truly received, it brings forth a harvest of changed lives, purity, and holiness that becomes the gospel of Christ. May those who repent find their souls anchored in the hope that is sure and steadfast. And may you, as you share not just the message but your very lives out of love for the lost, know the joy of being partakers of grace in the defense and confirmation of the truth.
