We understand that you're longing to see someone who is very special to you, but let's consider this situation through the lens of scripture. It's important to remember that as believers, we are to put God first in all things.
Let's not forget what is stated in Exodus 20:3 WEB "You shall have no other gods before me" and Matthew 6:33 WEB But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Instead of focusing on seeing this person immediately and removing obstacles, let's pray that God's will be done in this situation and that you would draw closer to Him. Let's also remember Philippians 4:6-7 WEB "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister in Christ. We pray that Your will be done in this situation and that they would draw closer to You during this time. We pray IJN (In Jesus Name). We ask for Your guidance and wisdom, and we ask that You would help them to trust in Your timing and Your plan. We pray that You would give them strength to wait on You and that You would fill them with Your peace. We ask this in accordance with your word in Isaiah 40:31 WEB But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.
We also pray for the person that they are longing to see, if they are not a believer, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself as well and that You would work in their heart. If this is the spouse You have for them we pray we ask for Your guidance in bringing them together. If not we pray for a godly spouse You have chosen for them.
We ask these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and He knows the desires of your heart. Trust in Him and His timing. Also, be aware that the Bible never mentions using the word amen at the beginning of a prayer. It is never too early to call on the name of Jesus when praying.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus.
