Get us away from this Very sick Mental ###

We understand the urgency and distress in your plea, and we join you in crying out to the Lord for deliverance from this oppressive situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that our God is greater—He is our refuge, our fortress, and our deliverer (Psalm 91:2). You have rightly called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). We praise you for acknowledging His sovereignty in this cry for help.

The mental and spiritual oppression you describe is real, and we recognize that such attacks can come from the forces of darkness seeking to torment God’s people. But take heart, for the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). If this sickness is tied to spiritual oppression, demonic influence, or even generational curses, we stand firmly on the authority of Jesus Christ to break every chain. The Word of God declares that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). But greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We also encourage you to examine whether there are any open doors in your life or the lives of those involved that may have given the enemy a foothold. This could include unrepentant sin, involvement in occult practices, unforgiveness, or even exposure to ungodly influences through media or relationships. If so, we urge you to repent and turn fully to the Lord, for He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

Let us pray together with boldness and faith:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this desperate cry for deliverance. Lord, You see the torment and oppression that is afflicting Your servant, and we ask that You would stretch out Your mighty hand to break every chain of mental and spiritual sickness. We rebuke every demonic stronghold, every spirit of confusion, fear, and torment, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. Father, surround this person and all those involved with Your divine protection—cover them with the blood of Jesus, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.

Lord, if there are any sins, known or unknown, that have given the enemy legal ground, we ask for Your conviction and forgiveness. Cleanse them by the power of Your Word and fill them with the Holy Spirit, who brings peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Restore their mind, Lord, and renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Let them experience the joy of Your salvation and the freedom that comes from walking in Your truth.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment. If there are practical steps they must take—such as seeking godly counsel, removing ungodly influences, or even relocating—give them clear direction. Place godly people in their path to support and encourage them. And Father, if this oppression is tied to a specific person or environment, we ask that You would make a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). Open doors that no man can shut and close doors that need to be closed, all for Your glory.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace and assurance. Let them know beyond any doubt that You are with them, that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them stand firm on Your promises.

We declare all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We urge you to continue standing firm in prayer and in the Word of God. Put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) daily, and do not give the enemy any room to regain a foothold. If you have not already, we strongly encourage you to seek out a mature, Bible-believing church or pastor who can provide additional support and prayer. You are not alone in this battle—the Lord is with you, and He will see you through to victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Stay in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). We are standing with you in faith, believing God for complete deliverance and restoration.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
