We have continued to lift up your request before the Lord, that He would protect your heart and mind from alliances that could lead you away from the calling He has placed upon you, and that He would keep you grounded in Jesus as the Bread of Heaven and the Word of Life. We have been praying for divine diligence and discernment like that of Nehemiah in Nehemiah 13:28, for courage to separate from harmful influences when needed while still showing compassion and praying for restoration, and for grace to live out an active faith.
Your sharing of James 4:17 has been a blessing to us as we have prayed. We have asked the Lord to help us all not only to avoid evil but to faithfully do the good we know we ought to do, to walk in humble submission and daily obedience, and to actively pursue what is right as taught in Matthew 7:12, remembering that to know the right thing to do and not do it is sin.
