We understand that you're struggling with a gambling addiction and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, it's crucial to recognize that gambling is a form of covetousness and love of money, which the Bible warns against. As it is written, For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB.
True freedom and provision come from God alone, and He wants us to rely on Him, not on chance or quick fixes. As His child, you can trust that your heavenly Father knows your needs. But seek first God's Kingdom, and His righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 WEB.
To overcome this temptation, you need to strengthen your faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through His name and the power of the Holy Spirit that we can overcome any temptation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with gambling addiction. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that You break these chains of addiction and fill them with Your strength and peace. Help them to trust in Your provision and timing, and not rely on quick fixes or chance. Guide them to resources and brothers/sisters in Christ who can support them in this journey to freedom. Draw them to the knowledge of You and Your word. In Jesus' name.
Remember, God promises us that there is no temptation taken you but such as man can bear, and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will show you the way out.
Stay strong in the faith. We encourage you to find a local church or Christian community that can support you and keep you accountable in this journey.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
