We are grateful to join you in this prayer, seeking the full knowledge of God's will, as it is written in Colossians 1:9-12. It is crucial to approach God in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father and salvation. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" and in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. We lift up this prayer to You, seeking to be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. May we walk in a manner worthy of You, Lord, pleasing You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of You. Strengthen us with all power, according to Your glorious might, for the attaining of all perseverance and patience. We joyously give thanks to You, Father, for You have qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.
We ask that You guide us in Your truth and teach us, for You are the God of our salvation. We wait for You all day long, as it is written in Psalm 25:5. May Your Holy Spirit lead us into all truth, as Jesus promised in John 16:13, "However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming."
Help us to be doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves, as it is written in James 1:22. May we meditate on Your word day and night, so that we may be careful to do according to all that is written in it, for then we will make our way prosperous, and then we will have good success, as it is written in Joshua 1:8.
We pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, that the eyes of our hearts may be enlightened, that we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints, and the exceeding greatness of Your power toward us who believe, according to the working of Your mighty power, as it is written in Ephesians 1:17-19.
May we be transformed by the renewing of our minds, that we may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God, as it is written in Romans 12:2. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will through prayer, studying His word, and fellowship with other believers. As you do so, may you be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, walking in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in all respects.
