We lift this dear sister before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing that her decision to leave the hospital against medical advice has placed her in a precarious situation. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to care for it with wisdom and discernment. Her vomiting and risk of dehydration are serious concerns, and we must pray fervently for her physical restoration and for God to soften her heart to seek the help she needs.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for this precious sister. Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your healing touch. Ease her discomfort, settle her stomach, and restore her strength. Protect her from the dangers of dehydration and any complications that may arise from her condition. We pray that You would grant her wisdom to recognize the severity of her situation and the humility to seek proper medical care. Place godly people in her path, doctors, family, and friends, who will speak truth in love and guide her back to safety.
We also lift up her brother, who is carrying the weight of this concern. Lord, comfort him and give him peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help him to trust in Your sovereignty, even when circumstances feel uncertain. Give him the words to speak life and wisdom into his sister’s situation, and if it is Your will, soften her heart to receive his care and counsel.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, rebellion, or pride that may be influencing her decisions. We declare that Your perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18) and that Your wisdom is greater than any earthly understanding. We pray that she would surrender her will to Yours, trusting that You hold her life in Your hands.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who heals our bodies, minds, and spirits. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it. Amen.
To your friend, we say this: Do not grow weary in praying for his sister. Continue to speak truth in love, reminding her of the importance of stewarding her health well. If she remains resistant to medical care, encourage her to at least seek guidance from a trusted pastor or mature believer who can help her navigate this season. God is able to work miracles, but He also calls us to walk in wisdom (James 1:5). Keep trusting Him, and do not lose hope. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
