have mercy on me lord and take away any demon that is in me.

please never let me suffer from gluttony again release me from this trap.

please bless me with a faster metabolism.

please divinely let me lose 4 stones in weight, please lord i want to be an able-bodied person.

please heal me of these poor tendons and back pain and chest pain.

i am sorry for all my sins.

i am sorry for who and what i have been and done.

please forgive me, clean me and heal me. if it is the will of the Father in Jesus name amen.
