Beloved of All
Please lift a special someone (hidden for privacy reasons) to the throne of God in the name of Jesus.
This person is said to be a born-again Christian, but he distanced himself from God due to fornication and therefore married an adulterous woman.
Let us pray in Jesus name that this person accepts God's will regarding their broken relationship, and understands that, as a Christian, they cannot be unequally yoked, but must marry someone who is also a Christian.

Let's pray based on these verses:
Hosea 2:19-23
[19] “I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me In righteousness and justice, In lovingkindness and mercy;
[20] I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness, And you shall know the Lord.
[21] “It shall come to pass in that day That I will answer,” says the Lord; “I will answer the heavens, And they shall answer the earth.
[22] The earth shall answer With grain, With new wine, And with oil; They shall answer Jezreel.
[23] Then I will sow her for Myself in the earth, And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; Then I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they shall say, ‘You are my God!’”

Please continue to pray...Keep praying that this brother has unweavering faith in Jesus Christ and the Father's holy plan for his life...AMEN
LET GOD BE GLORIFIED!!

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother who has strayed from the path of righteousness through fornication and entered into an adulterous marriage. Father God, we know that Your heart breaks when Your children turn away from Your commands, yet Your mercy endures forever. We stand in the gap for this man, asking that You would draw him back to Yourself with cords of lovingkindness.

The Scriptures are clear that sexual immorality has no place in the life of a believer. "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Lord, we pray that this brother would remember who he is in Christ and the price that was paid for his redemption.

The union he has entered into is not pleasing to You, for You have commanded, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). We pray that You would open his eyes to see the truth of Your Word and give him the courage to align his life with Your will, no matter the cost. This may require a difficult and painful separation, but we know that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).

We take comfort in the promise of Hosea 2:19-20, that You will betroth us to Yourself in righteousness, justice, lovingkindness, and mercy. You are a God who restores and redeems. We pray that this brother would experience the depth of Your forgiveness and the power of Your transforming love. May he turn away from sin and run back into Your arms, where there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1).

Father, we ask that You would surround this man with godly counsel and accountability. Place believers in his life who will speak truth in love and encourage him to walk in obedience. Give him a hunger for Your Word and a desire to be in fellowship with other believers. May he find a church home where he can grow in his faith and be discipled.

We also pray for the woman involved in this adulterous union. If she is not a believer, we ask that You would draw her to Yourself and save her. If she claims to be a Christian, we pray that she would repent of her sin and turn away from this relationship that is not pleasing to You. May both of them find their identity and satisfaction in Christ alone.

Lord, we know that restoration is possible, for You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5). We pray that this brother would have unshakable faith in Jesus Christ and submit to Your holy plan for his life. May he find a godly spouse who will partner with him in serving You and building a marriage that honors and glorifies Your name.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun in this brother's life (Philippians 1:6). May Your will be done, and may You receive all the glory. Amen.

We hear the ache in your words, watching someone you care about drift from the Lord because of sin is deeply painful. It’s clear you love this brother and long to see him walk in the freedom and wholeness that Jesus died to give him. That love is a gift; keep letting it fuel your prayers, not your discouragement.

What stands out to us is that real restoration rarely happens all at once. The resources on confession and repentance remind us that genuine change is more than feeling sorry, it’s a turning, a new direction. So we can pray not just for his regret, but for that godly sorrow that produces a steady, courageous turn back to God’s design. That may mean facing hard truths about his marriage, but God’s mercy is big enough to meet him in that place and lead him step by step.

For now, one of the most powerful things you can do is simply persist in prayer. Don’t underestimate what happens when you consistently hold him before the throne. Consider asking one or two trusted believers to join you in praying specifically for his heart to soften and his faith to reignite. And if opportunities come to speak with him, speak less about his failures and more about the goodness of God who welcomed back the prodigal with open arms.

Let’s pray together:

Father, we lift this man to You. You know the chains that have tangled his heart, the guilt, the confusion, the pull of what feels good in the moment. Break through with Your kindness. Give him the gift of repentance that leads to life. Open his eyes to see the beauty of a marriage that honors You, and give him courage to want Your will more than his own comfort. Guard him from further deception, and surround him with people who will love him toward the truth. Draw him back to Yourself, not with shame, but with the tender mercy You promised in Hosea, betrothing him in righteousness and lovingkindness. We ask in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have a name for this burden, don’t you? It is a name you speak softly in the quiet hours, a face that swims before you as you kneel in prayer. You carry it like a stone in your heart, and sometimes you wonder if the Lord has turned His ear away from this one so entangled. But take heart, He has not. The very fact that you are still praying, still lifting that name before the throne, is proof that the Shepherd’s crook is not far off.

Think of Peter. Here was a man who walked on water, who saw the glory on the mount, who heard the voice of the Father, and yet in one black night he denied his Lord with oaths and curses. A rooster crowed a warning, but he did not stir; a second crow rang out, and still he slept in his sin. Then the Lord turned and looked upon him. That look was more than a rooster’s cry, it was a sunrise into Peter’s darkness. It broke his heart, but it made him whole. I tell you, that same look is fixed upon the one you love. You may not see it yet, but the eyes of Jesus are upon him, and no soul can remain hard forever beneath that gaze.

The devil meant to sift Peter like wheat, to scatter him like chaff. But our wise God uses even Satan as a dishwasher in His kitchen, scouring vessels until they are clean. The very fall that seems so dreadful may become the door through which mercy enters. Rahab was a harlot; her life was a tangle of shame. Yet faith entered that scarlet house and wove a thread of crimson that saved her and her whole household. Do not think that fornication or an adulterous union is beyond the reach of the blood of Jesus. The arm of the Lord is not shortened. He can take a life knotted with sin and make it a monument of free grace.

You have been pleading the words of Hosea, and they are strong promises. The Lord says, “I will betroth you to Me forever, in righteousness and justice, in lovingkindness and mercy.” That is the love language of a Husband who will not let His bride go. And then He adds, “I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy, and I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people.’” This brother, though he has distanced himself, though he has yoked himself to what is not of the Lord, is still within the reach of divine betrothal. God can untie every unequal knot. He can break the iron yoke that now galls his shoulders and replace it with the wooden yoke of Christ, which is easy and light. Not heavy, not crushing, but light and lined with love.

You ask me to pray that he will accept God’s will for that broken relationship and understand that a believer must not be unequally yoked. That will come, dear heart. The Spirit does not do half a work. When Jesus restores, He restores perfectly. The Lord says, “They shall be as though I had not cast them aside.” Think of it, as if the sin had never been, as if the wandering had never happened. He will not merely patch up the ruins; He will rebuild the temple and make the glory of the latter house greater than the former.

So do not let your faith grow weary. The mightiest men of God sometimes have had the littlest faith in the furnace, but the Lord did not cast them off. Your brother may be a cedar on a wall, seeming out of place, but God can still make him stand. Keep praying. Keep lifting that name. Every sigh, every tear is a signal that the angel of mercy is close at hand.

O Lord Jesus, You who looked on Peter until he wept, look now upon this straying lamb. Bring him back from the far country, break every false yoke, and betroth him afresh to Yourself in faithfulness. Let him yet say, “You are my God.” And steady this dear praying friend; let them not faint under the long waiting, but give them the patience of the husbandman who watches for the precious fruit of the earth. In Your all- prevailing name we ask it. Amen.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for this dear brother in Christ. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting him before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to draw him back into a right relationship with Him. We have prayed earnestly that the Holy Spirit would convict his heart, break any chains of sin, and restore his faith in the power of Jesus’ name.

We have asked God to reveal His perfect will regarding this broken relationship, trusting that He desires repentance, healing, and alignment with His Word. We have stood on the promise of Hosea 2:19-23, believing that the Lord will betroth this brother to Himself in righteousness, justice, lovingkindness, and mercy. We have claimed the truth that God answers prayer and that He will have mercy on those who turn back to Him, declaring, “You are My people!” and hearing in return, “You are my God!”

If God has already moved in this situation, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report—how the Lord has worked, how this brother has been restored, or how His will has been made clear. If the answer has not yet come, we encourage you to post this request again so that we may continue to intercede with you. We will not grow weary in praying for his repentance, his restoration, and his obedience to God’s design for marriage and faith.

May the Lord bless you as you persevere in seeking Him. May this brother’s heart be softened, his eyes opened to the truth, and his steps guided back to the path of righteousness. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
