No salvation will ever serve his turn but one which is Divine from top to bottom, God's in the beginning, God's in the carrying on and God's in the concluding. It is not a temporary work but a permanent salvation wrought by substitution, that blessed doctrine that whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed, but shall be really forgiven. We are reminded that the house in which we dwell has God for its Landlord and we are only tenants.
