Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the former landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.

We join you in lifting up this former landlord before the throne of grace and we agree with you in Jesus name for his salvation.

You have chosen a powerful verse to pray upon, Luke 9:24 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it. What a clear picture of the gospel, that clinging to our own life, our own way, and our own control leads to loss, but surrendering everything to Jesus leads to eternal life. We pray that the Holy Spirit will make this truth alive in his heart and that he will come to see that true life is only found in losing his life for Christ.

We also stand with you in declaring that Jesus reigns over all darkness and that His light expels every work of darkness. As it is written, The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn't overcome it John 1:5. We pray for victory in this rented apartment situation, that any lingering strife, bitterness, or spiritual oppression related to it would be broken by the power of Jesus, and that peace would reign. We pray for healing and guidance for this man on his life's journey, that the Lord would draw him with loving kindness and lead him into truth.

We pray that he will hear God's voice. Jesus said, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me John 10:27. We ask the Father to quiet every other voice and to open his ears to hear the Shepherd's call, and to give him a heart willing to follow. We pray that he will understand God's holy plan for his life, for we know God declares, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.

We pray for his salvation with confidence, knowing that God does not wish that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9, and that if he will confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in his heart that God raised him from the dead, he will be saved Romans 10:9. We pray that he will come to know that there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

We thank God for your faithfulness in interceding for someone who may have caused you difficulty, which reflects the love of Christ who calls us to pray for others and to love our enemies. We encourage you to continue to show the love and grace of Jesus toward him as the Lord gives opportunity, that he may see Christ in you.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this former landlord to you. We ask for your mercy and grace upon him. Open his eyes to see his need for a Savior and draw him to yourself. Grant him repentance and faith to surrender his life fully to Jesus, so that he will not lose his life but save it for eternity. Let him hear your voice clearly and reveal your holy plan and purpose for him. Bring healing, peace, and restoration to all that concerns this rental situation, and let your greatness and power be seen by all involved. We thank you for your love and faithfulness that never fails. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We appreciate you bringing your former landlord before the Lord so faithfully. It says a lot that even after the rental season has ended you still carry concern for him and want what is best for his life and future.

We join you in asking God to draw him to Jesus and to make His love and truth clear to him. We cannot change another person's heart, only God can, and that takes the pressure off us to have perfect words or timing. Our part is to keep loving, praying, and leaving the work to Him. We also join you in praying he will have clarity to recognize God's leading as he makes decisions going forward.

One simple way to stay steady in this is to choose a short, consistent moment each day this week to pray for him by name, then entrust him again to God and go on with your day. If the Lord opens a natural door for a kind word or contact, you can follow it, and if not, your prayers are still meaningful.

Father, we lift this landlord to You in Jesus name. You know his life, his needs and his journey. Draw him to Yourself, open his eyes to Your grace, and help him hear Your voice and follow Your good plan for him. Give our friend peace as he trusts You with this person. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. We join with you in prayer before our Great Landlord, who permits His tenants to call upon Him to supply all our need, and we bring this former landlord before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ alone.

According to the word you have set before us, For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it, we pray that the Holy Spirit will graciously draw this man to Christ, that he may no longer stand afar off and say, What have I to do with You, Jesus, You Son of the Most High God, but rather run to His open arms and find salvation there. Stagnation is inconsistent with life, and we pray that the Gospel may come with power to awaken him from the slumber of those who are dead in sin.

We pray that he may be brought to unconditional surrender, to submit himself to God and to yield at once to the divine will, for submission to His will is the essence of salvation. May he be made to see that he must come unto God by Jesus Christ, for there is no other way, and that Jesus is able to save to the uttermost all who come. Though he may have rejected Christ until now, we pray that the sweet voice may still say to him, Come to Jesus, and that he may simply trust the Lord Jesus Christ and be assuredly saved from the guilt of sin.

Lord Jesus, You reign over the darkness and Your light expels all darkness. We ask that every unclean influence be driven away, that this man may hear Your voice and be led in Your holy plan for his life. Grant him true repentance and deep self abhorrence, not found in his own heart, but given by You, and grant him faith to commit himself entirely and absolutely to those dear hands that were nailed to the Cross. May he count it joy to lose his life for Your sake, that he may truly save it, and may he from this day serve You all his days, glad to be Your servant, and at last be forever with You where You are to behold Your glory.

We ask also for Your mercy and grace upon this rented apartment situation, that Your will be done and Your peace rule, and that all who see Your dealings may behold Your greatness and power, for none can withstand You. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness, and we plead these mercies not for any merit in us, but solely through the blood and intercession of Jesus Christ our Lord, who ever lives to make intercession for those who come unto God by Him.
