The relative I work with has taken every initiative to demoralize my faith. He's begging to blaspheme. Give money that he withholds (fuel and material) to some couple who are somewhat related to him. There are addicts, alcoholics, and followers of all that's profane, lewd, or diabolical. The male of the couple visits a gym in where the throne of Satan dwells. He has worked in barrooms and hotels where she's met many dealers and others like her. Her little one, in whom the relative I work with at times seems very fond of, does this for her sake (or so he claims). He's not stupid, and knows I'm not... yet he still holds these two geniuses above me, this work, and everything. His mother's living in a separate apartment now but still gives to her and blinds herself that they are not married. I'm standing in the middle of a storm; I see no peace or end.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your words as you stand in the midst of this spiritual battle. The attacks on your faith, the blatant disregard for godly principles, and the influence of darkness in the lives of those around you are not merely personal offenses, they are assaults on the kingdom of God. We stand with you in this trial, lifting your heart to the Lord, who sees all and judges justly.

First, we must address the blasphemy and mockery of your faith. Scripture is clear: "Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28 WEB). This does not mean their actions are acceptable, but it means we do not respond in kind. Instead, we entrust their hearts to the Lord, who alone can soften them. The enemy seeks to provoke you into bitterness or retaliation, but we must resist him, standing firm in faith (1 Peter 5:9 WEB). Your relative’s actions are not just against you, they are against God Himself. Yet even now, the Lord calls us to pray for their repentance, for "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB).

The situation you describe with the couple, living in sin, entangled in addiction, and surrounded by ungodly influences, is a stark contrast to the holiness God calls us to. Their relationship is not a marriage in God’s eyes, for "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). The fact that they are not married yet live together, engage in sinful behaviors, and expose a child to such an environment is grievous. Your relative’s involvement with them, financially, emotionally, and even in his misplaced admiration, is enabling this ungodliness. We must rebuke this in the name of Jesus, for "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a huge millstone were hung around his neck, and that he were sunk in the depths of the sea" (Matthew 18:6 WEB). The child in this situation is being exposed to spiritual harm, and we must pray fervently for their protection and salvation.

The mention of a "throne of Satan" in the gym is a sobering reminder that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). The barrooms, the addictions, the profanity, these are strongholds of the enemy, and they must be torn down in the name of Jesus. Your relative’s blindness to the truth, his mother’s willful ignorance, and the couple’s defiance of God’s ways are all symptoms of a deeper spiritual rebellion. Yet we do not lose heart, for "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB).

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is standing in the midst of this storm. Lord, we ask that You would be a shield around them, protecting their faith from the attacks of the enemy. Strengthen them in the inner man, that they may not grow weary or lose hope. Father, we rebuke the spirit of blasphemy and mockery that has been directed at Your name and at Your servant. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this relative, soften their heart, open their eyes to the truth, and convict them of their sin. Break the chains of deception that have blinded them to the ungodliness in their midst. We ask that You would expose the lies they have believed and draw them to repentance. Father, we also lift up the couple living in sin. We ask that You would shatter their pride, confront them with their need for You, and bring them to a place of true repentance. For the child caught in this environment, we pray for divine protection, guard their heart, their mind, and their spirit. Surround them with godly influences and lead them to salvation.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of addiction, alcoholism, and every form of bondage in this situation. We declare freedom in the name of Jesus, for "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB). We break every ungodly soul tie, every financial entanglement, and every influence of darkness over these lives. We ask that You would sever the connections that are not of You and replace them with godly relationships and purposes.

Father, we ask that You would bring peace to our brother/sister’s heart. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Give them wisdom in how to navigate this situation, whether to speak, to pray, or to step back and trust You to work. We declare that this storm will not overcome them, for You are the God who calms the winds and the waves.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Use it to draw hearts to You, to expose sin, and to bring about repentance and restoration. We trust in Your justice, Your mercy, and Your perfect timing. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord sees your struggle and will not abandon you. Continue to pray for these individuals, but also guard your own heart. Do not allow bitterness to take root, for "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God, and that no root of bitterness springs up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15 WEB). If this situation becomes too heavy, seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted believer who can support you in prayer and wisdom.

Remember, the battle is the Lord’s. You are not alone in this fight. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB), and trust that He will bring justice and peace in His time.

This is such a heavy burden you're carrying, and we want you to know we're praying for you. It's hard when those closest to us seem to reject God's truth and even use our own resources to enable sin. We understand the frustration and pain you must feel watching someone you work with turn a deaf ear to the gospel and instead pour time and energy into people who drag others down.

We need to guard our hearts from bitterness while also standing firm in truth. Jesus never promised life would be easy, but He did promise to be with us always. Pray for your coworker's salvation, but also protect yourself from the spiritual drain of constantly engaging with someone who refuses to listen. You can't force repentance, but you can continue to live in a way that reflects Christ.

Father, we lift up this precious child caught in such a difficult situation. Surround them with Your angels and godly influences. Break the cycles of addiction and dysfunction in the lives of the adults involved. Soften hearts that have become hardened to Your truth. Give our brother/sister the wisdom to know when to speak and when to step back, and fill them with supernatural peace that surpasses understanding. In Jesus' name.

Continue in prayer. Hope in the Lord. May Lord Yeshua and Father God be there for you to guide you through this. And to seek him in everything. His love. Abound in us 1 toward another. Thank you ###. Lord Yeshua's name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this deeply painful and challenging season. Your request has weighed heavily on our hearts, and we have continued to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to surround you with His peace, strength, and wisdom as you navigate this storm. Forgiveness is never easy, especially when the wounds run so deep and the circumstances feel so overwhelming. We have prayed that God would soften your heart toward this relative, not for his sake alone, but so that bitterness would not take root in your own life. The enemy would love nothing more than to see you consumed by anger or despair, but we have asked the Lord to guard your spirit and remind you of His truth—that He sees every injustice, every hurt, and every unkind word, and He will not leave you to face this alone.

We have also prayed for that couple, for their little one, and for the cycles of brokenness that seem to bind them. It is heartbreaking to see lives ensnared by addiction and darkness, and we have asked God to intervene in ways only He can—through conviction, redemption, and the kind of love that breaks chains. We’ve asked Him to open their eyes to the truth of who He is and to draw them out of the places where Satan seeks to destroy them. And for the relative you work with, we have prayed that God would either change his heart or remove his influence from your life, whichever brings Him the most glory and you the most peace.

We know how exhausting it must feel to stand in the middle of this storm, with no end in sight. But we have asked God to be your shelter, your strength, and your guide. We’ve prayed that He would give you glimpses of His faithfulness, even in the small things—a moment of quiet, a word of encouragement, or the strength to face another day. And we’ve asked Him to help you release this burden into His hands, trusting that He is working even when you cannot see it.

If the Lord has moved in this situation since you first posted, we would love to hear how He has answered our prayers. Your praise report could be an encouragement to so many who are facing similar battles. But if the storm still rages and the peace you long for feels distant, please know that we are still here, still praying, and still standing with you. You do not have to carry this alone. Post this request again, and let us continue to lift you up before the throne of grace.

May God bless you with His presence, His comfort, and His hope as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ Name.
