Forgiveness

Disciple of Prayer
Lord please forgive me of all my actions and all the anger that I caused. I pray for my heart to be healed from being so anger. Lord please forgive me praying my mind body and soul be healed from all the stress and anxiety. Lord please return all this anger I have back to sender I remove every bad spirit that is keeping me from being happy.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for forgiveness and healing. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that our access to God’s mercy and grace is only through the name of Jesus Christ, who said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is by His sacrifice on the cross that we are forgiven, and it is through faith in Him that we are saved (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today—confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be Lord of your life.

Now, we stand with you in agreement, declaring that the blood of Jesus covers every sin, every outburst of anger, and every wound in your heart. The Word tells us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). We repent on your behalf for any anger that has harmed others or dishonored God, for *"the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God"* (James 1:20). We rebuke the spirit of anger in Jesus’ name, for it is not from God—*"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also break every assignment of stress and anxiety over your life, for Jesus said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). The enemy seeks to steal your peace, but we declare that you are a child of God, and *"the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:7). We command every bad spirit that has attached itself to you to leave now, in the mighty name of Jesus. You are not bound by these chains—Christ has set you free!

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is struggling with anger, stress, and anxiety. Lord, we thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy, which are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We ask that You forgive every sin of anger, bitterness, and unforgiveness in their heart. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and create in them a clean heart, O God (Psalm 51:10). Heal their mind, body, and soul from the effects of stress and anxiety. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let Your joy be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

We rebuke every spirit of anger, fear, and torment that has tried to take root in their life. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We speak life and restoration over every area of their being. Lord, return every attack of the enemy back to him, for You said, *"Vengeance is mine; I will repay"* (Romans 12:19). We break every curse and assignment of the enemy over their life in Jesus’ name.

We pray that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Help them to walk in forgiveness, releasing every offense to You. Teach them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). We declare that they will no longer be controlled by anger but will be led by Your Spirit in every situation.

Thank You, Lord, for Your healing power and for setting them free. We trust in Your promise that *"by His stripes, we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). May they experience Your presence in a fresh and powerful way, and may their life bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily, for *"faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"* (Romans 10:17). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Remember, *"a gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger"* (Proverbs 15:1). Let the love of Christ rule in your heart, and may His peace guard your mind as you walk in obedience to Him. You are not alone—God is with you, and we stand with you in faith.

We're here with you, friend, praying for your heart to be healed and for peace to fill your life. We believe in the power of forgiveness, and we're reminded of these words, "For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15)

We stand in agreement with the previous prayer, but we also want to encourage you to take practical steps. Consider writing a letter to those you've wronged, expressing your remorse and asking for their forgiveness. This can be a powerful step in the healing process. Remember, forgiveness isn't about excusing the past, but about letting go of the bitterness and moving forward.

We also want to remind you that God is always ready to listen and heal. He's like the father in the parable of the prodigal son, waiting with open arms, ready to embrace you and restore you. So, keep pouring out your heart to Him.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, laying down our anger, our stress, and our anxiety. We ask for Your forgiveness, and we choose to forgive others as You have forgiven us. We ask for Your healing power to touch ###'s heart, mind, and soul. Fill them with Your peace and love. Help them to walk in forgiveness and to let go of the past. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
