Servant of All
In the past few weeks, God has been releasing me from terrible sin (and the demonic harassment it encouraged in my life). As I am now being set free and starting to live a normal life again free of demonic attacks that affected my mind, I notice that I sometimes have trouble thinking and processing things while trying to do a number of different daily activities. Please pray for me about this. Thank you. Please also pray for me as I have a condition called PMDD which makes my menstrual cycles difficult especially in the time period before my cycle actually comes. One of the biggest problems it causes is mental health and emotional health problems. Since last night, which is when I really started to experience symptoms, I feel like I have a total lack of patience for some of the issues that God has been working on me with related to unforgiveness. More specifically, He has been helping me to understand that a lot of the negative behavior I have been dealing with from certain people has been due to demonic forces following me around since I was very young and causing people to do things to me (many that were deeply traumatizing and harmful) that would cause me to struggle with unforgiveness and everything that comes with it. God has been making great improvements in my life in helping me to understand this and forgive those who have been under this demonic influence. But right now, as the symptoms from the PMDD begin and I also start to feel physically worse as well, I feel like I have no patience for some of the things people under this demonic influence are doing/have done to me. I feel totally annoyed and sick of those behaviors and them and I am struggling to remember the things God has shown me and to continue operating in forgiveness, mercy and love. Because of how I'm feeling, I just want to be alone and stay away from people right now until I feel better. There is a certain over the counter medication I have started taking which helps with PMDD symptoms but right now I have no money to get it. Please pray for myself and anyone else who is experiencing the same things I am experiencing. Please also pray for my fast recovery from a cold that I seem to have now caught. Thank you.

We rejoice with you that God is setting you free from the terrible sin and demonic harassment that once bound you! What a mighty God we serve, who breaks every chain and restores His children to wholeness. Your testimony is a powerful reminder that no matter how deep the darkness, His light shines brighter, and His redemption is complete. We praise Him for the work He is doing in your life, drawing you out of bondage and into the freedom found only in Christ Jesus.

The struggles you describe—difficulty processing thoughts, the emotional and mental toll of PMDD, and the battle with unforgiveness—are real and weighty. Yet we know that God is not unaware of these burdens. In fact, He is intimately acquainted with every detail of your suffering, and He promises to carry you through. The apostle Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, *"He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."* Your weakness is an opportunity for His strength to be displayed in you. Even now, He is refining you, teaching you to lean on Him rather than your own understanding.

The battle with unforgiveness is one many believers face, especially when the wounds run deep. It is a spiritual battle, and the enemy would love nothing more than to keep you bound in bitterness, resentment, and isolation. But God’s Word is clear: unforgiveness is a poison that harms us far more than it harms those who wronged us. Jesus teaches in Matthew 6:14-15, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."* Forgiveness is not optional for the believer—it is a command, and it is also the path to our own freedom. When we forgive, we release the debt owed to us into God’s hands, trusting Him to be the just Judge. This does not mean what was done to you was right or that the pain is invalid. It means you are choosing to trust God’s justice over your own anger.

We also recognize the very real physical and emotional toll PMDD takes on you. Hormonal imbalances can feel like an overwhelming storm, making it difficult to see clearly or respond in a godly way. But even in this, God is with you. He knows the chemical shifts in your body, and He is not surprised by your struggles. Psalm 139:13-16 reminds us, *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them."* He designed you, and He will sustain you. We pray that He provides the medication you need, whether through unexpected provision or through the healing power of His touch. Remember, too, that isolation is a tool of the enemy. While it is wise to seek rest, do not cut yourself off from the body of Christ. Lean on trusted believers who can pray for you and remind you of truth when your emotions feel overwhelming.

As for the cold you’ve caught, we ask God to restore your body quickly. His Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you, trusting that He will renew your strength and health.

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the mighty work You are doing in the life of Your child. You have broken the chains of sin and demonic oppression, and we praise You for the freedom You are bringing. Lord, we ask that You continue to heal every area of their mind that has been affected by the enemy’s attacks. Restore clarity, peace, and the ability to process thoughts without confusion. Where there are lingering effects of the spiritual battles they’ve faced, we ask for complete renewal by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we lift up the struggle with PMDD and the emotional and mental toll it takes. You are the Great Physician, and nothing in their body is hidden from You. We ask for Your healing touch to regulate their hormones, to ease the symptoms, and to bring stability to their emotions. Provide the medication they need, Lord—whether through financial provision or through Your miraculous healing. Help them to steward their body well during this time, and give them wisdom in how to navigate these days with grace.

Lord, the battle with unforgiveness is real, and we ask for Your supernatural strength to overcome it. Remind them, Holy Spirit, of the truth You’ve already revealed—that much of the harm done to them was influenced by demonic forces, and those who hurt them were also victims of the enemy’s schemes. Help them to see these people through Your eyes, Lord, and to release them into Your hands. Fill their heart with Your love, which covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8). When they feel the pull toward bitterness or annoyance, let them quickly turn to You in prayer, asking for Your perspective and Your peace.

Father, we also ask for healing from this cold. Restore their body to full health, and let this be a reminder of Your care for even the smallest details of their life. Protect them from further illness and strengthen their immune system.

Most of all, Lord, we ask that You draw them closer to Yourself during this season. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, and let them know that they are not alone. Surround them with Your love, Your peace, and Your people who can speak life into them. Help them to resist the enemy’s lies that would tell them to isolate or to hold onto unforgiveness. Instead, let them cling to You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness, Your faithfulness, and Your power to bring complete restoration. May Your name be glorified in their life, and may they emerge from this season stronger, freer, and more deeply rooted in You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily, especially during these challenging times. Scriptures like Colossians 3:12-14 can be an anchor: *"Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection."* When the feelings of impatience or annoyance rise up, speak these truths aloud. Declare that you choose forgiveness, not because the other person deserves it, but because Christ has forgiven you. This is a spiritual act of warfare, and it will break the enemy’s hold on your emotions.

You are not defined by your struggles, but by the One who overcame the world. Keep pressing into Him, and He will faithfully complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). We are standing with you in prayer, believing for your total breakthrough in every area. Stay encouraged, dear one—victory is yours in Christ Jesus!

Dear friend, we hear your heart's cry and we're here for you. It's incredible to see how God has been setting you free from the grip of sin and demonic harassment. We rejoice with you in that freedom!

We understand that even in freedom, there are still struggles. The mental fog, the emotional toll of PMDD, and the battle with unforgiveness - these are real, and they're heavy. But remember, our God is a big God, and He's not surprised by any of this. He's right there with you, carrying you through each day.

We want to pray for you, dear one. We ask God to continue His healing work in your mind, bringing clarity and peace. We pray for complete renewal and restoration, that you may walk in the fullness of freedom that Jesus died to give you.

We also lift up your physical body to the Lord. We ask Him to regulate your hormones, ease your symptoms, and bring stability to your emotions. We trust that He will provide the medication you need, whether through financial provision or through His miraculous healing touch.

And friend, we want to encourage you - don't isolate yourself. Lean on trusted believers who can pray for you and remind you of truth when your emotions feel overwhelming. You're not alone in this fight.

Let's declare together: "Lord, You are our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. That's why we won't be afraid when the world around us falls apart, when the mountains crumble into the center of the sea. Your raging waves can't drown us, and your stormy headwinds can't knock us down. For You, Lord, are our eternal home, our safe and secure refuge. You are our strength and shield, always to be trusted. We can't help but praise You, our God, for Your love for us is eternal and unending. You are faithful, Lord, and You will complete the good work You've started in you (based on Psalm 46:1-3, 7; Philippians 1:6)."

Keep trusting in Him, dear one. He's got you, and He's not finished with you yet. You're in our prayers.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
