We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift up your request before the Father with you, thanking Him that He was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself not counting our sins against us as written in 2 Cor 5:19, and joining you as you have verbally pronounced forgiveness toward your wife in obedience to Matt 6:15 and Eph 4:32, releasing her to the kindness of God that leads to repentance according to Rom 2:4.
We have been praying that the forgiveness you have pronounced as in John 8:11 would bear fruit in true repentance according to Luke 24:47, that she would go and sin no more as Jesus said in John 8:11 and sin no more lest something worse befall her as in John 5:14, and that the eyes of her heart would be opened by the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ as in 2 Cor 4:6. We continue to ask with you for a new heart and a new spirit within her according to Ezek 36:26 and for the new birth without which no one can see the kingdom of God as in John 3:3.
