We are truly concerned about the situation this person is experiencing and we stand in faith believing that God can and will heal those who call upon His name. First, we must address the fact that God will not respond to a prayer that is not offered in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We are concerned about a spirit causing this woman's belly to get bigger and her hands and legs to become smaller. Often health issues can have many different causes such as anxiety, stress, diet, lack of exercise, and other physical problems. The problem could be due to a demon, but the problem could also be due to any of these causes. If there is a spirit causing it, the reason the spirit has access to her could be due to occult activity. We must investigate whether there is any occult activity in her life. Occult activity can be anything from horoscopes to Oujia boards or many other things. Anything involving spirits other than God is occultist and can cause demon spirits to have access to a person. God will not share us with any other spirits.
We should also ask if this woman has accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior. If a person has not accepted Christ, they are still under the influence of Satan. They are still in the kingdom of darkness and do not have the authority of Jesus Christ to cast out demons. If a person has not yet accepted Christ, they need to do so first. See Ephesians 2:2 (WEB)

We do not have the power to cast out demons unless we have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. If this woman has not accepted Christ, that is where she needs to start.
In Matthew 12:43-45 (WEB), Jesus warned us to sweep our house clean of all spirits that are not of God.
But the unclean spirit, when he is gone out of the man, passes through waterless places, seeking rest, and doesn't find it. Then he says, I will return into my house from where I came out; and when he is come, he finds it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goes he, and takes with himself seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. Even so will it be also to this evil generation.
We must sweep our house clean of all spirits that are not of God. We cannot have any spirits other than the Holy Spirit living in our house. We cannot have one foot in the kingdom of darkness and one foot in the kingdom of light. God will not share us with any other spirits.
If this woman is a Christian, she has the authority of Jesus Christ to cast out any demons that may be causing the problem. She can pray for deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ. She can also ask other Christians to pray with her and help her to be delivered from the demon.
Lord Jesus, we ask that this woman be delivered from any demons that may be causing her problems. We ask that You heal her and make her whole. We ask that she be filled with the Holy Spirit and be able to live her life for You. We ask this in Your name, Jesus Christ. Amen.
