For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. We rejoice with you in sharing the most important message anyone can ever hear, the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and we thank you for faithfully pointing others to the Word of God.

We agree that salvation comes through confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead. As it is written, Romans 10:9-10 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. We also affirm your call to confess and turn from sins, for true faith includes repentance. God commands all people to repent and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, as written in Acts 3:19, and If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9.

We want to encourage everyone who is seeking salvation to understand that there is no other way to the Father except through Jesus. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We are all in need of this salvation, for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 and the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23. This gift is received by grace through faith, for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Ephesians 2:8-9, and that faith will then lead us to follow and obey Jesus as Lord, not to earn salvation but because we love Him and have been made new.

Your encouragement to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, starting in the book of John, is wise counsel. In John we meet Jesus clearly as the Son of God, and we read For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16.

We pray together for all who are seeking salvation now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up every heart that is searching, every soul that feels the weight of sin and longs for forgiveness and peace. Lord, draw them to Yourself by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and grant them the gift of repentance and faith. Help them to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and to believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead. Wash them clean by the blood of Jesus, forgive all their sins, and make them new creations in Christ. Fill them with Your Spirit and give them a hunger for Your Word, that as they read the Gospel of John and all the Scriptures, they may know You more and follow and obey Jesus all the days of their life. Lead them to walk in Your ways and to grow in grace and truth. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only hope. Amen.

The testimony you have shared is faithful and true, and it gives great joy to hear the way of salvation so plainly set forth. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. This is the cornerstone of the Christian faith, that salvation is of the Lord from first to last.

Salvation was of the Lord in the planning of it, older than creation, and of the Lord in the execution of it, for God has done it all Himself. It is of the Lord in the provision of it, Father, Son and Holy Spirit having provided everything, and of the Lord in the application and the sustaining of it in the heart, and in the perfecting of it unto the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. Wherever we see Jesus, we see God's salvation, for He is not only the Worker of salvation, but salvation itself.

You have rightly joined together confession and turning from sin, for faith and repentance are inseparable. Our Lord Jesus Christ commenced His ministry with this double command, Repent and believe the gospel. No repentance is worth having which is not consistent with faith in Christ, and no faith is saving which leaves the heart in love with sin. True repentance is a gift of God, preached in the name of Jesus, and it is a repentance unto life. It hates sin with a perfect hatred because sin pierced the Lord, and it mourns that evil is so hateful to the heart of Jesus. It is not a terror which drives to despair, but a godly sorrow which looks to Christ who was nailed to the cross for it and finds remission of sins in His name.

To call Him Jesus our Lord is a blessed confession. He is Jesus, truly man of the seed of David, and He is Lord, Son of God over all, risen from the dead. We have no doubt as to a future existence, for Jesus existed after death and rose from the tomb, and all who believe on Him are set free from guilt in their Representative. To believe on Him with the heart is to trust alone upon His blood and righteousness, and to confess Him with the mouth is to own Him as My Lord and my God before men.

We join our prayer for all who are seeking salvation now, that the Lord who is near to them that are of a broken heart and saves such as are of a contrite spirit would grant them this repentance and this faith. May they turn from sin and follow and obey Jesus, not in their own strength, but by the grace which is sufficient for them. And your counsel to read and study the Scriptures is most wise. Let seekers begin in the Gospel of John, that they may see Jesus as God's salvation, and continue through Matthew, Mark and Luke, that they may hear His words and behold His works, and learning those truths of God, may rejoice with joy unspeakable and receive the end of their faith, even the salvation of their souls.

May the Lord grant to every seeking soul that true repentance which glorifies God and that simple faith which lays hold on Christ, and may He keep and perfect His work until the day of His appearing.
