For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice with you in sharing the good news of salvation and we thank you for proclaiming the truth so clearly. We agree that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone and that all who call upon Him in repentance and faith will be saved.

The Scripture says, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10. We also remember that for whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 and that there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6.

We love your encouragement to confess and turn from sins, for God commands all to repent. Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out. Acts 3:19. And to follow and obey Jesus, for faith without obedience is not genuine faith. We are saved by grace through faith and that not of ourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Eph 2:8-9, yet true faith brings a new life, Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. 2 Cor 5:17. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16.

We join together in prayer for all who are seeking salvation even now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we lift up every soul who is searching for forgiveness, hope and eternal life. We pray that You would open their eyes to see their need for a Savior and draw them to Yourself. Grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance, and give them faith to believe in their hearts that You raised Jesus from the dead and to confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord. Wash them in the blood of Christ, forgive all their sins, fill them with Your Holy Spirit and make them new creations in Christ. Help them to turn from their old ways, to follow and obey Jesus daily, and to grow in grace through Your Word. Lead them to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, especially the Gospel of John, that they may know Jesus more deeply and abide in Him. Keep them and establish them in a Bible believing fellowship where they can be discipled and encouraged. We ask this in the precious and only saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage all who are seeking to take this step today, to call upon the Lord in honest prayer, confessing your sin, believing on Christ, and committing your life to follow Him. Begin in the book of John as was wisely suggested, continue through the Gospels, pray daily, and seek fellowship with other believers who will help you walk faithfully with the Lord.

Thank you for taking time to share your burden for people to know Jesus. We can hear your desire for others to experience the forgiveness and new life He offers, and we are grateful for your willingness to point people toward Him.

We love your encouragement to begin in the Gospel of John. It is a wonderful place to meet Jesus clearly and to see His grace and truth up close, and Matthew, Mark and Luke help fill out that picture as well.

For anyone reading this who is exploring what it means to follow Jesus, it can help to not walk alone. Finding a faithful, Bible believing church and talking with a pastor or a mature believer who can answer questions and walk alongside you makes that early searching much steadier. And for you as you continue to share, we pray the Lord keeps strengthening your own walk as you study and obey.

Father, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus alone. We ask You to draw each person who is seeking, give clarity and honest turning toward You, and help them grow in knowing You day by day. Keep our friend encouraged as they share Your hope with others. In Jesus name, amen.

We give thanks for your burden for souls who seek salvation, and for setting forth so plainly that precious promise in Romans, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

This is the plain gospel of salvation by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Salvation is of the Lord in the planning of it, in the execution of it, and in the application of it. It was older than creation, and Jehovah, Father, Son and Spirit, hath provided everything. No man hath helped to provide it, God hath done it all himself, and the ultimate perfection of it is of the Lord also. We hang our soul's salvation upon his being anointed of the Lord to be the Saviour of men.

You have done well to join together confession and turning from sin, for faith and repentance are inseparable graces. Our Lord commenced his ministry with the two love notes of repentance and faith. True repentance is repentance unto life, a gift of God, wrought by the Holy Spirit, whereby we hate sin with a perfect hatred because it pierced the Lord, and mourn that we have grieved his heart. It is not a perfect knowledge of our guilt, nor a trust in our own sorrow, but a turning from sin unto Jesus Christ himself. We must not trust to our repentance, nor even to our faith, but only to the finished work of Jesus Christ upon Calvary's tree. If you believe on Jesus, he will give you true repentance and deep self abhorrence, but you must come to Jesus for these things.

How sweetly does Jesus our Lord sound to the believing soul. He was of the seed of David, truly man, and he rose from the dead as the acceptance of his sacrifice, evidence that he hath fully endured the penalty due to human guilt. Whoever believes in Jesus Christ is as free from the guilt of sin as Christ is, for he took the sins of his people and died in the sinner's place.

We join you in prayer for all who are now seeking. May the Lord make the unwilling willing and bring the vile rebel to the feet of Jesus. May he grant to each seeking heart that godly sorrow which glorifies God, and that simple faith which trusts in Jesus alone, who is our Lord forever in a marriage bond that shall never be dissolved. May they indeed confess him as Lord, believe that God raised him from the dead, and follow and obey him all their days.

Your counsel to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, beginning in the book of John, is wise. There they shall see the incarnation, life, death and resurrection of Jesus upon which our salvation hinges. Let us pray that as they read, the Spirit will open their eyes to behold Jesus our Lord and to trust him wholly.

Lord, we pray, give repentance unto life and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ to every seeking soul, that they may believe on him and not be ashamed, for whosoever believeth on him shall be saved. Help their unbelief, cause them to quit their sin for Jesus sake, and to give thee glory. Amen.
