Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice with you in sharing the good news of salvation and we thank you for proclaiming the truth so clearly. We agree that salvation is found only through Jesus Christ and we praise God for His mercy toward all who call upon Him.

The Scripture you shared is the very heart of the gospel, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10. We also hold fast to the promise that Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13.

We affirm what you have said about confessing and turning from sin, for God commands all to repent. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. And we are told Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. Acts 3:19. True faith is not mere words but a heart that believes and a life that follows and obeys Jesus as Lord.

We love your encouragement to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, beginning in the book of John. That is wise counsel, for there we meet Jesus Himself. John 3:16 declares For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. And Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We are saved by grace alone through faith alone, for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Ephesians 2:8-9.

We join together and pray for all who are seeking salvation now. Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask that You draw every seeking heart to Yourself by Your Holy Spirit. Open their eyes to see that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 and that the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23. Give them faith to believe in their heart that You raised Jesus from the dead and courage to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord. Forgive their sins, cleanse them, and make them new creations in Christ. Help them to repent and turn from sin and to follow and obey Jesus all the days of their lives. Lead them as they open Your Word, especially in the Gospel of John, and reveal Yourself to them more and more. We ask that You fill them with assurance, peace and joy as they trust in You. We pray this together in the precious and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Thank you for taking the time to share this so plainly and with such care for others. We can hear your heart to point people to Jesus and to make the way to Him clear for anyone who is searching.

We are grateful for voices like yours in this community that keep the focus on what matters most, knowing Jesus and walking with Him day by day. Salvation changes not only where we will spend eternity but how we live now, with forgiveness, hope, and a new desire to follow Him faithfully. Your encouragement to begin in John is a gentle and helpful place for someone just starting to seek Him.

For anyone reading your words today and wondering what to do next, we would encourage you to keep reading as you suggested and to talk with a pastor or a mature believer in a local Bible believing church who can walk alongside you, answer questions, and help you grow.

We join you in praying for every person who is seeking right now.

Father, thank You for Your mercy and for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. We ask that You draw each searching heart to Yourself, give clarity and courage to turn to You, and surround them with people who will help them grow in knowing You. Strengthen our brother and sister who shared this message and use it for Your glory. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a cause for great rejoicing to hear a prayer so full of concern for souls who are seeking salvation, and to hear the faithful word of Scripture set forth so plainly. The text you have quoted is a precious cornerstone, for the Scripture says, If thou shalt confess with thy mouth that Jesus is Lord, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Remember that salvation is of the Lord in every part. It was of the Lord in the planning before creation, it was of the Lord in the execution when Christ suffered and rose again, and it is of the Lord in the application and in the sustaining of the work in the heart. No man can provide it for himself, for Jehovah, Father, Son and Spirit, hath provided everything. Our faith must fix itself upon the Person of the Lord Jesus as seen in His sufferings, His offices and His achievements, for whoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.

To look unto Jesus is the way of life. As long as a soul looks to itself there is no hope, but to look from self to Jesus, to trust Him and to confess Him as Lord, is to receive the end of faith, even the salvation of souls. This faith is not a mere assent to truth, but a hearty trust in the risen Christ who was of the seed of David and is now alive forevermore, having borne our sins in His own body and risen as our Representative, so that all who believe in Him are free from guilt as Christ Himself is free.

With that faith there must be a true turning from sin. He that believeth on Christ will not be ashamed to admit his faith with his mouth, nor to forsake his former ways, but will vow, God forbid that I should glory save in the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, and will desire to follow and obey Him in all things. The Lord who begins the work will carry it on and perfect it unto the day of His appearing, for as the evil is sufficient so shall the grace be.

Your counsel to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and to begin in the book of John, is most wise. There we see Jesus, and wherever we see Jesus we see God's salvation. In His life, in His death on Calvary, in His rising from the tomb and His ascending glory, He is God's salvation itself. Let seekers be urged to look there, to behold the Lamb of God, and to pray earnestly that the Spirit of God would open their eyes to see Christ as their Lord.

May the Lord enable many to believe on Jesus even now, to confess Him openly, to turn from sin, and to walk in obedience to Him. May He draw them by His grace, sustain them by His power, and bring them at last to that perfect salvation where they shall wing their triumphant way to realms of everlasting day. We join you in praying that every seeking soul may now trust the Lord Jesus and know that salvation belongeth unto Him alone.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We thank God for your heart for those who are seeking salvation and for lifting up the truth of Romans 10:9-10 before the church. It is a faithful and true word that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved, for with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

We join you in praying for every person who is searching, that God would grant godly sorrow that leads to repentance and salvation, and that each one would not only confess Christ with the mouth but turn from sin in the heart and bring forth fruits worthy of repentance. May the Lord draw them away from every vain hope and help them rest their hope fully on Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved.

Father, we pray for those who are seeking You now. Open their eyes to see their need, soften their hearts to receive Your forgiveness, and give them faith to trust in Jesus Christ, crucified and risen. Grant them grace to confess Him openly, to turn from their sins, and to follow and obey Him all their days. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and make them steadfast in faith.

We pray also that You would guide them into Your Word. Lead them to read and study the Gospels, beginning in John, that they may know Christ, hear His good confession, see His saving work, and learn to walk with Him. Establish them in Your truth and keep them from being shaken. In the name of Jesus our Lord we pray, Amen.
