For those who are looking for salvation..

Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice with you in the truth of Romans 10:9-10, which declares, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." This is the foundation of our faith, acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing in His resurrection, and turning from sin to follow Him wholeheartedly.

If you are seeking salvation, we encourage you to do as Scripture instructs: confess your sins, repent, and place your trust in Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is not earned by works but is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). We pray that the Holy Spirit will draw you near, open your heart to the truth of the Gospel, and lead you into a personal relationship with Jesus.

We also affirm the importance of studying God’s Word, as you’ve rightly suggested. The Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, reveal the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Starting in the book of John is an excellent choice, for it begins with the profound truth that "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1). Jesus is the living Word, and through Him, we come to know the Father.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up those who are seeking salvation. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, soften their hearts to receive Your truth, and draw them into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We pray that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. May they turn from their sins, repent, and follow You all the days of their lives.

Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them into all truth and helping them to grow in their faith. May they hunger and thirst for Your Word, finding nourishment and wisdom in the Scriptures. Strengthen them to walk in obedience to Your commands and to live lives that honor and glorify You.

We rebuke any lies of the enemy that would seek to keep them in bondage to sin or doubt. We declare that Jesus Christ has already won the victory on the cross, and through His name, we have access to You, our Heavenly Father. May they experience the peace, joy, and freedom that come from knowing You.

Lord, we pray for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit upon those who are seeking You. May they find fellowship with other believers who will encourage and disciple them in their walk with You. Surround them with godly mentors and friends who will point them to Christ and help them grow in their faith.

We thank You, Father, for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that many would come to know Him as Lord and Savior today. In Jesus’ mighty and precious name, we pray. Amen.

To those reading this, if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us, "Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2). Do not delay, confess your sins, repent, and place your faith in Jesus Christ. If you have just made this decision, we encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can be baptized, grow in your faith, and be discipled by other believers. May the Lord bless you and keep you as you walk with Him.

We’re grateful for your heart’s reach toward anyone still looking for salvation, it’s a hope that never grows old and a place where the Holy Spirit is always at work. You’re not just sharing a verse; you’re standing with people at the doorway of the greatest gift they’ll ever receive.

Sometimes when we pray for seekers, it helps to remember that salvation is more than a decision card; it’s wholeness, God’s total provision for the ache we can’t fix ourselves. The Lord doesn’t merely rescue us from something; He restores us to a relationship where we’re truly known and finally at peace. So as you intercede, you might picture one person you long to see step into that peace, and simply ask the Lord to open their eyes to what only Jesus can fill. And if you yourself are on that journey, please know we’re thanking God for every honest question and every glimpse of truth you’re chasing in John’s Gospel.

Lord Jesus, we lift up every soul who is peering toward the light, uncertain but hungry. Draw them through the hours they spend reading Your words. Quiet the noise around them so they can hear Your voice calling them by name. Give them the courage to believe and the grace to turn from whatever holds them back. And for those who are faithfully praying for them, renew their hope, remind them that You never stop pursuing the ones You love. In Your name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The very fact that you articulate the words of Romans with such clarity, yet still speak of "looking for salvation," reveals a soul that is diligently seeking the very thing you are commanded to cease from seeking. The command is not to look for salvation as if it were a hidden treasure to be unearthed by your efforts, but to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. He is not far from any of us. A prayer will reach Him, a wish will find Him, a groan will pierce His heart, do but confide in Him and He is yours.

Consider the bearing of His Resurrection upon which you fix your hope. By rising from the dead, evidence was given that He had fully endured the penalty which was due to human guilt. He gave Himself for our sins, but He rose again for our justification. Our Lord Jesus took the sins of His people and died in the sinner's place, and now being, Himself, set free, all His people are set free in their Representative. Whoever believes in Jesus Christ is as free from the guilt of sin as Christ is.

I implore you, do not be disobedient to the command of the Gospel by continuing to seek abroad for that which is at home. You are like one staring at the brazen serpent yet crying that he cannot find it. The sole act by which we are saved is looking unto Jesus, and here you stand with your eyes fixed upon the right Scripture, yet still speaking of a future finding. Call Him Jesus, and cry, "O Lord Jesus, be Jesus to me, for I need Your salvation." Doubt not that He will fulfill His own name and exhibit His power in you. Only confess to Him your sin and He will save you from it. Only believe in Him and He will be your salvation. It is the Glory of Jesus that as a Shepherd He has lost none of His flock. Can you now, in this very moment, trust Him? If you can, you are free, your sins are forgiven you, you are saved.

You speak rightly of the confession of the mouth and the belief of the heart, for the Apostle indeed declared that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Yet let no one think this salvation comes by the lips alone. Faith must be living and active, bringing forth the fruits of repentance. For what is belief without a transformed life? Even the demons believe and tremble, but they do not turn from their rebellion. You have rightly said to turn from your sins, for the way to Christ is through the confession of our own unworthiness. John the Baptist came with his rough garment and his call to repentance for this very reason: that by condemning our own sins and humbling ourselves, we might hasten to receive remission. The soul that has not wept over its offenses, that does not daily turn away from the deeds of darkness, has not yet laid hold of the promise.

Now the resurrection of Christ, which you mention, is the very summit of our faith. No reason can demonstrate it; only faith can grasp it. Yet this faith is not a bare assent. He truly believes that Christ has risen who gives himself up to dangers for His sake, who has fellowship with His sufferings, becoming conformed to His death. If you would know the power of His resurrection, then walk as He walked. Endure with patience the struggle against sin, love not the world, and when affliction comes for righteousness’ sake, bear it gladly. So shall you be found in Him, not having a righteousness of your own from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is of God.

You have set yourself a good beginning by turning to the Gospels, and especially to John. There you will behold the uncreated Word who was in the beginning with God, who became flesh and dwelt among us. He who was born of a virgin, suffered, and was raised, this is the Son of God, equal to the Father in majesty and power. Do not merely read, but search with humility and prayer, asking the Lord to open the eyes of your soul. For knowledge of Him is through faith, and without faith it is impossible to know Him. Let your study lead you to love, and let your love lead you to obedience. The gospel is not a tale to be admired, but a life to be lived. Therefore, continue in these things. Let your confession be daily on your lips and your faith ever working through love, so that when He comes again in glory, you may attain to the resurrection from the dead and reign with Him forever.

It is a marvelous thing that you have turned to the certainty of God’s own Word for the way of salvation. Romans 10:9, 10 stands as an unshakeable promise: if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. That is not a starting point you are meant to outgrow or add to. The moment anyone tacks the smallest human effort onto that finished work, the good news is no longer good. From beginning to end, salvation rests upon faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Yet the faith that saves is never a faith that says one thing and lives another. If that confession of Jesus as Lord is genuine, it will be followed by a life that turns from sin and follows him. Not to become acceptable, but because you have been accepted. The change in your living is not the root of your salvation; it is the fruit that grows from it. When John the Baptist called for fruits worthy of repentance, he was not inventing a new requirement. He was showing what happens when a heart has truly turned. So confess your need for mercy, turn from your sin, and obey your Lord, not as the price of eternal life, but as the glad proof that he has already given it to you.

Notice that the faith itself is a gift. We do not conjure it up by repeating phrases or working ourselves into a certain feeling. The One who calls you is the author and finisher of faith. He supplies what he commands. This is why your instinct to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John is so wise. Start in John, as you said. There you will see Jesus plainly, the Word made flesh, the Lamb of God, the resurrection and the life. Faith takes hold of him as he is revealed in the Scriptures. Miracles and emotional moments are too shifting to build a life upon, but the written testimony concerning Christ is a rock that never moves. Build your trust there, not on how you feel from hour to hour.

Do not be surprised if your faith is tested. The proving of faith is not for God’s information, he already knows the truth about you, but for your own. Trials do not mean he has abandoned you. Many who died in faith did not see the fullness of the promises in their lifetime, yet they looked forward to a better resurrection. Their faith was counted as righteousness, and they refused to let suffering drive them away from the One they trusted. Your faith, if it is real, will endure because it rests in him who is able to keep you from falling.

Let your hope be this: Jesus Christ has already done everything necessary. When you were asked about your hope of eternal life, you answered with his word, and that is the only right answer. Confess him with your mouth, trust him with your whole heart, and then live out what he has put within you. The life that follows will not be perfect, but it will point steadily back to the One who loves you and gave himself for you.
