Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We thank God for your heart to share the good news of salvation and we join with you in praying for every soul who is seeking the Lord today.

We rejoice that you have pointed so clearly to the simple and powerful truth of the gospel, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation Romans 10:9-10. This is the hope we have, that salvation is not by our own works but by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast Ephesians 2:8-9.

We also affirm your call to confess and turn from sins, for God commands all people to repent. Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out Acts 3:19. True faith brings a changed heart and a desire to follow and obey Jesus, to deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life John 3:16.

Your encouragement to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, beginning in the book of John, is wise counsel, for there we meet Jesus Himself, His life, His teachings, His death and His resurrection. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ Romans 10:17.

We pray together for all who are looking for salvation even now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You for Your mercy and Your great love that made a way for us to be saved through the blood of Jesus shed on the cross and His resurrection from the dead. We lift up every person who is searching, who is hungry for truth, who feels the weight of sin and longs for forgiveness and new life. Lord, draw them by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and give them faith to believe in their heart that You raised Jesus from the dead and to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord. Grant them repentance that leads to life, that they may turn from sin and turn to You with all their heart. Wash them clean, make them a new creation, for if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17. Help them to follow and obey Jesus all the days of their life, to grow in Your word and to walk in Your ways. We ask that You place believers around them to disciple them and encourage them as they begin to read Your word, especially in the Gospel of John. Let Your word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Thank you for carrying this burden for people who are searching. We are encouraged by your desire to point others to Jesus so clearly and simply.

We love that you pointed people to start in John. That is a steady place to meet Jesus as He is, and to let questions be answered in His own words and life. Salvation really is God's whole provision for our deepest need, not only forgiveness for the past but new life and wholeness with Him going forward, and that comes as we trust Christ and turn to Him.

If you are walking with someone who is curious right now, one simple next step that helps is to read John together a chapter at a time and pray briefly before and after, asking God to make Himself known. You do not have to have all the answers, just stay faithful to show up, listen, and point them to Jesus.

We are praying with you for every person who is searching right now that God would draw them and give them clarity as they seek Him.

Father, thank You for Your mercy in Christ. We ask You to work in each heart that is searching, to give understanding as they read Your Word and to draw them to Yourself. Use our friend's witness for Your glory and give them joy as they follow You. In Jesus' name, amen.
