Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice in the truth of Romans 10:9-10, which declares, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." This is the foundation of our faith, the confession of Jesus Christ as Lord and the belief in His resurrection. Salvation is not earned by works, but it is a gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9).

If you are seeking salvation, we encourage you to turn to Jesus with a sincere heart. Confess your sins before Him, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Repentance is not just feeling sorry for sin; it is turning away from it and walking in obedience to Christ. Jesus Himself said, "Unless you repent, you will all perish likewise" (Luke 13:3). True faith in Christ will produce a transformed life, one that seeks to follow Him in all things.

We also urge you to immerse yourself in the Word of God, beginning with the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, as you mentioned. These books reveal the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, we invite you to do so now. Pray with us:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You for Your love and mercy, which You have poured out through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Lord, we pray for those who are seeking salvation. Draw them to Yourself, open their hearts to receive Your truth, and grant them the gift of faith to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. May they confess their sins, turn away from them, and walk in newness of life. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guide them in Your Word, and help them to grow in their relationship with You. We ask this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

For those who have already placed their faith in Christ, we encourage you to continue growing in your walk with Him. Study the Scriptures daily, pray without ceasing, and fellowship with other believers. Let your life be a testimony to the transforming power of the Gospel. And if you have not yet been baptized, we urge you to follow the Lord’s command in obedience, as baptism is a public declaration of your faith in Christ (Matthew 28:19-20).

If there are areas of your life where you are struggling to obey God’s Word, we exhort you to surrender them to Him. Whether it is unforgiveness, bitterness, sexual immorality, or any other sin, remember that "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13). Seek accountability with fellow believers, and allow the Holy Spirit to strengthen you in your weakness.

Let us also remember that salvation is not just about securing a place in heaven; it is about living a life that honors God here and now. Jesus said, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16). May our lives reflect the love and truth of Christ, so that others may be drawn to Him.

We're so grateful you've shared this heart for those who are searching. There is real kindness in wanting others to discover the same grace you hold dear, and simply caring enough to pray for them already reflects something of Jesus at work in you.

Sometimes what holds a person back isn't a lack of information, it's the quiet fear that if they get fully honest about their life, they'll be met with rejection rather than mercy. The beautiful truth is that confession isn't something God asks of us because He needs it; we're the ones who need to say it out loud, to lay it down, so we can heal and be changed. When someone moves from a general sense of "I should probably believe" toward a spoken, heartfelt turning to Jesus, they often find the shame they'd been carrying actually loses its grip. The gospel meets real people with real histories, and Jesus has never turned away a sincere heart.

For anyone you're praying for, the most powerful thing right now may simply be that they know it's safe to be honest with God. Not cleaned up first. Not with polished words. Just as they actually are.

Let's pray.

Lord Jesus, we lift up those who are on the edge of belief, curious, stirred, weary of carrying their own weight. Meet them in the quiet moments where they wonder if You could truly be real and truly for them. Quiet the voices of accusation and fear, and give them the courage to speak their need aloud. Surround them with people who will welcome them without condition and point them steadily toward You. Thank You that salvation was never about saying the right formula but about a heart that turns home. We trust You to finish what You've begun in them. Amen.

You who are searching for salvation, it is no small mercy that your heart is stirred to seek the Lord. The very desire after Him is a token that the Good Shepherd is drawing you. Yet know this: the way of life is not a labyrinth of feelings or a long pilgrimage of tears. The text you have quoted declares the plain path: confess with the mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in the heart that God has raised Him from the dead. There is no other key to the kingdom.

True repentance is indeed necessary, but let none mistake its nature. It is not a repentance that merely dreads the lash of judgment; many under terror resolve to amend and yet never give God glory. That is repentance after a carnal fashion. The repentance which is of the Spirit looks to Christ, sorrows over sin because it pierced Him, and turns from it in love to Him who first loved us. This grace is not a bitter draught you must squeeze from your own soul; it is a gift of the ascended King. Jesus Christ is exalted to give repentance and remission of sins. Go not digging into your own heart for what is not there; go directly to the fountain, and ask Him to bestow it freely.

Faith and repentance are twin graces that walk all the way to Heaven. You are not required to produce a perfect repentance before you may trust. The least spark of true, humble, Christward sorrow saves, if it leads you to cling wholly to the finished work of the cross. The gospel is not a thicket of conditions but a clear call: "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved." The anxious heart cries, "But what am I to do?" Do? It is already done. Look unto Him who was nailed to the tree, and find all your salvation in Him. To trust in Jesus is the safest, the simplest, the only way.

You have been told to read the Scriptures, and you are wise to begin with the evangelist John. There the Holy Ghost paints the portrait of the Son of God in lines of light. As you read, do not merely study the letter; seek the living Word. And be earnest in the search. Heaven and hell are in earnest; you must be too. A half hearted seeker will certainly be a lost soul. But if your soul longs, faints, hungers for salvation, you shall have it. He never turned away one who came to Him with a true desire. "If you seek Him, He will be found of you."

Come, then, you needy, come and welcome. God's free bounty glorify. True belief and true repentance, every grace that brings you near, without money, come to Jesus Christ and buy. Confess Him with your mouth this very hour; trust Him in your heart without reserve. He will not cast you out.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have rightly set forth the Apostle's words, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. Yet see to it that this confession is not a mere sound from the lips, but the voice of a heart bowed low by repentance. For why did John come before the Saviour, wearing the garb of mourning, except to bring men to a sharp sense of their own sins? Until we condemn ourselves, we will not truly long for the Redeemer nor seek remission. So turn from your sins, as you have said, but let that turning be with a sorrow that is according to God, which works repentance unto salvation not to be repented of. There is a worldly grief that only breeds death, but the tears of a contrite and humble heart are never despised.

Do not rest your hope on any outward privilege, as the Jews did upon Abraham, imagining that their lineage secured them. God can raise up children from stones. The hope of your salvation lies not in your ancestry but in your own repentance and a living faith. That faith itself is not wholly your own; you were called, you were not the first to believe. To all who call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in every place, grace and peace are given. You have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, not by your works, but by the washing of regeneration. Yet that sacred laver is one; there is no second cross, no second baptism. Let no one think that by postponing repentance he will find another sacrifice for sins. Christ, our great High Priest, has passed into the heavens, having offered Himself once for all. If you fall after that washing, the remedy is not another altar, but the daily medicines of almsgiving, prayer, fasting, humility, and a broken heart. In these there are countless ways of salvation for those who are willing.

Cling fast to your confession that Jesus is Lord, that God raised Him from the dead, that there will surely be a judgment and a resurrection. The devil spreads two contrary lies: either to lull you with a false security, or to bind you with the chains of fate so that you neglect virtue. But the truth is that Christ is God, and His death became the salvation of the world. Read His Gospels, and begin with John, as you rightly determine. There you will behold the Word made flesh, and how He took the ruler’s daughter by the hand and raised her, showing that even death obeys His command. Let that sight strengthen your faith, and then go and do likewise: lay hold of virtue, show mercy, forgive those who have wronged you, and make friends by the mammon of unrighteousness. In doing so, you will walk the path of those who confess with the mouth and believe with the heart, not in word only, but in deed and truth.

What a joy to hear that you are looking for salvation, and you have turned to the right place: the clear promise of God in Romans 10. Confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead is the very heart of the gospel. That is where new life begins.

It is so important to understand what is happening when you take that step. Many people spend their lives trying to build a righteous standing before God by their own efforts. They think, if I can just do enough good things, if I can follow the rules closely enough, then God will accept me. But the law was never designed to make us righteous; it can only show us how far we fall short. You cannot offer God the works of your flesh and expect Him to be pleased, because those efforts can never pay for sin. To be justified, to be declared righteous in His sight, is something only God can do for you.

The good news is that God has provided a righteousness that comes through faith in Jesus Christ. When you believe, God takes that faith and accounts it to you as righteousness. It is not what you have done but what you believe about His Son. Jesus died for your offenses and was raised for your justification. Because of that, the moment you trust in Him, you are forgiven, and the righteous demands of the law are satisfied on your behalf. There is no room for boasting, because it is a gift. If salvation could be earned, God would owe us something, but He gives it freely by His grace.

That does not mean obedience and turning from sin are unimportant. They are absolutely vital, but they flow from a genuine faith rather than producing it. A true trust in Jesus will be demonstrated by a changed life. Your works are the evidence, not the foundation. Because you have been made righteous through faith, good works become the natural effect, not a anxious attempt to keep God happy. You obey because you are already loved, not to earn that love.

You mentioned reading the Gospels, starting with John. That is a wonderful plan. As you read, you will see the patience and goodness of God. He is not quick to strike in judgment, but He gives time for repentance. His kindness is meant to lead you to a changed heart. You will also see that seeking God is not about finding a peaceful feeling or escaping life’s pain, it is about finding the Person of Jesus. When you see Him clearly, you will discover that the just live by faith from start to finish.

So rest your full weight on Him. Being justified by faith gives you something unshakable: peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. You have access by that same faith into a grace that holds you secure, no matter what. You do not need to wait for a sign or try to feel worthy. Believe in Him who raised Jesus from the dead, and God will credit that faith as righteousness. Then let your life flow from that grateful trust. Read John, confess Him with your mouth, and walk forward in the new life He gives. Amen.
